Decided to stay here after reading many reviews. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel smelled very good when you walked in. The valet was fast and there was plenty of parking all around (This was in January so..). I wouldn't pay to upgrade to a "River walk view" as all you could see was a stagnet trash puddle basically. Rooms were small but clean and quiet and the showers were nice. Would stay there again.

Great location

Very nice location. Rooms are clean but there is a certain smell that you will notice not sure if the source is the old building or cleaning materials. Had to leave the windows open for a while until we got used to it. Overall very good price.

Wasn't what I expected and there were broken paintings, stained toilets and rusted metal in the rooms. The dining option closes early and the front desk isn't aware the kitchen closes earlier than expected. No one came to tidy my room either. I would not recommend.
