Another family walked into our room
The hotel was fine. The room was standard, but clean. The value was good. The location was ok. Right next to the 5 freeway and you have the to drive through a strip mall parking lot to get to the hotel. All that is fine and acceptable because it's a great value. Where it fell short was some weird things happen during our stay. We couldn't get a crib for our baby the first night which is fine because I didn't call ahead to request one. But they told me that they would bring one for the second night. While taking my call for the crib they were apparently checking another party in. In it turns out they issue to room key for our room for this party. A few moments later this family comes and opens the door with a key card. Luckily I was there and my wife was decent and my kids were away from the door. But I sent them back down to the front desk. But I sent them back down to the front desk. The next day we didn't even get the crib that they had said they would bring us. Also at 3:00 a.m. In the morning the fire alarm went off. All the guests had to evacuate their rooms. When I asked what happened they simply said they have no idea. I'm assuming some kids pulled the fire alarm. But had they been that clueless in an actual emergency, that would be concerning. Overall our stay was fine. The hotel is clean. The free breakfast in the morning was clutch. I don't know if I would stay here again but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Overpriced, not the best
The front desk was unattended when we arrived and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to turn up. I asked about traffic noice and the staff member said the room faced away from the road, but it was actually really noisy. There was an old AC in the room that was also very loud. The room itself was decent- good size, nice bathroom. But there were a lot of ants and it faces another building. If this was half the price I’d be okay with it, but it’s super overpriced for how mediocre it is.
