Staff was great. Things to do. I really enjoyed my stay. They definitely need to update the rooms. Fold out beds need repairs and mattress need replacing. Just old stuff. But I would stay there again..

What we appreciated: -Great price for a family of six -Separate bedroom -Well stocked kitchen -Lots of fun amenities for children What we didn’t like: -Our unit was on the freeway so very noisy plus other guests were speaking loudly right by our window at midnight -It felt unwelcoming to be asked for $25 for parking, we parked in the neighborhood instead - We found a previous guest’s hat in the bedroom which made us wonder about the overall cleanliness of the place though it seemed ok - The wi fi only worked on our phone not on our computer and when we asked for help we were given the provider’s phone number (dealing with something like that is not what we prefer spending our time on while on vacation) - The worst part was the jacuzzi water turning our blond toddler’s hair bright green. We spent a lot of time and some money trying to fix it and while it is better it still has a lot of green in it. I was told a manager would call me about it but never heard from anyone.

This is an older property that has been renovated, has lovely grounds and activities because it is catering to timeshare visitors. So you get to enjoy some of the amenities as well..

Tired property shows its age. Room left unserviced one day. Cabinetry and furniture old and beat up. Workout room ok. Single sink in small bath. Plumbing reversed in kitchen sink. No oven in this “full kitchen.”

We really enjoyed our previous stay so decided to stay again. However, there were loud children running and screaming around our room, and also taking up the adult hot tub. We notified the hotel staff about the loudness after hours on our first night and the hotel promptly called their room. However, during early morning, the loudness and running resumed, but we were not sure which room they stayed at. The game room is a nice amenity, but if it’s taken up by kids, it’s not very adult friendly. The previous time we stayed, the restaurant (Riviera) was very good, but we didn’t try it this time. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but in general, the screaming kids detracted from the entire experience.

It has a very nice mid century feel. I liked the restaurant and bar their food was great! I loved my room but I had to leave it because the beds were all hard as a rock… they happily refunded me. I’m waiting for their new beds to go back! I really liked the property…
