No microwave in the room. Of course they will bring you one for $20. Carpet was dirty and smelled bad in the hallways. Outdoor furniture was filthy. WiFi was pretty crappy. Location was convenient, rooms were large. Beds were fairly comfortable. Charged over $300 after checkout (booked everything through expedia and prepaid) with no receipt. Nightly live music was nice. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The property specially pool areas and rooms area are in need of a remodeling, the pictures look totally different. My room smelled moldy, the shower and bathroom are the good. Honestly I expected it to be different. I found 2 days a tiny roach (the type that comes from garbaor sewer) inside the room. Not the typical garden roach. If I would have had the chance to cancel I would moved to a different hotel. Also they charge a fee $40 I believe for parking, don’t pay that. There’s plenty of free parking steps away on the street. The lobby area is the only thing I liked. I typically don’t write reviews but I wish I would have known this and saved my money hoping this helps.

They had a heating fee for $41 for parking And Expedia is not showing it so we are in trouble there fighting with them because it's also expedia's issue. And then on my first night my kid's toy bag was stalling out of the patio. So I wasn't satisfied with Expedia at all and I wasn't satisfied with them at all 0 start for both of you

The room was outdated, had a terrible smell, was super dusty and spider webs everywhere. It seems like no one had cleaned that room in years. Cleaning staff making excuses for lack of cleanliness. The curtains were moldy and dirty. We notified front desk to remove the curtains or put different ones, and we still got the same ones. The pool area and other amenities like movie night for kids were great. Super family friendly which is a plus. Service at pool area was also great.

We had a great stay and loved the amenities and especially the food - a lot of choices. One small thing was that the coffee maker in the rooms was junk - it didn't work the first time and we got a replacement...and then it just didn't seem to work. That is small considering all the great times we had.

I rarely write bad reviews. But in this case, I had to. What they sell the place as is definitely not what it is. Especially for the price. Carpet was dirty, my shower was stopped up, I kept being overcharged for things and on top of that, it felt like I was being racially profiled all over the resort. It took us two hours to eat lunch because the service was so slow at the restaurant. When I say never again, I mean it.
