I believe this property can do so much more. The carpet in the room had several snags, paint all around the hotel- very poorly and sloppily painted. The beach area needs better maintenance- it was sloppy. Elevators look untidy and sometimes the number pressed does not take. Rooms need updating and more care in the details. The pool area was very nice and the water pressure and temperature were great.

I had an incredible time with my husband enjoying the resort and beach. The food was amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful!!!!!! We are definitely coming back to Puerto Rico soon.

Les escribi a traves del chat que ofrece expedia solicitando que me acomodaran en un cuarto accesible ya que habia sufrido un accidente. Al llegar ya tenian el cuarto separado. Los cuartos son ENORMES y bien equipado!! Los de 1 cama tienen jacuzzi. La piscina, el acceso a la playa y los restaurantes son los del Embassy Suites. Definitivo regreso A .

4 days in Dorado
Perfect for working half days on the patio and training the rest for bike tour. WiFi was perfect with no issues during zoom meetings or planning bike routes. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Pool and access to public beach. Gym was perfect. Food at the embassy suite was delicious.

Towel service was poor. Had to ask for clean towels. Not enough amenities for instance vending machine for a cold beverage where only on 2 floors and they didn't work. I am a early morning coffee drinker and may i suggest possibly offering guest complimentary coffee in the lobby other than waiting on the Embassy suite eterie to open. The rooms are a little out dated but clean. I did notice upgrading was happening on 1st floor. Pool area very nice limited seating space though. Beach was perfect.

Really liked the Location but the building itself left a lot to be desired, everything was really OLD and Outdated, no washcloths in the room, in a room for 4 people reserved at 4pp and only had 3 towels. No real amenities in the building all were shared with the building Next door, Pool was beautiful though the bar closed at 5 or 6 pm then had to go into the adjoining building. BEAUTIFUL Views though.

The front desk folks are so friendly and accommodating! It isn’t as expensive as the sister hotel next to it but you have access to all the same things. They are remodeling currently and the rooms are a little outdated but you can’t beat the price for what you get. Did I mention the staff is fantastic?
