This is my third time in Puerto Rico and I must say this is the best hotel I been too thus far. The free breakfast is soooo good I already miss the oatmeal and egg omelette that is made fresh so good. The rooms is clean housekeeping is done everyday the staff is friendly and very attentive. Their is a restaurant inside the hotel the food is so good and affordable. The beach and supermarket is walking distance. I travel with my 4 kids and my two sisters it was a great stay for us beautiful hotel nice pools I have nothing negative to say but that I would be coming back

This is a Hilton line of hotels not a low brand how ever it looks like Pablo’s Motel, my room had a remote control that didn’t work (got it swapped) a all night running toilet that I fixed, lamp in bedroom bottom all heavy rust, bathtub dented and discolor looks dirty no matter how clean, sink hair cracks everywhere and found someone else’s T-shirt under the sink (really!!). Breakfast…long line for a crappy omelet one guy cooking for the entire hotel ?? The quality of the food is not there the bakery area has some Motel 6 quality pastries. They charge for parking they charge resort fee (didn’t see the resort) plus all the taxes it adds up extra to your stay, last day only 1 out of 4 elevators worked and the site construction will wake you up at 7:55am EVERY day :( I expect a lot more specially if you are going to put the name Hilton attached to the Embassy suites… I had way better quality for a lot less, not even thinking about coming back.

This was like living in a resort for a week. Everything you need in one place. Pools hot tub outside bar casino bar and restaurants inside hotel. Free breakfast free snacks around evening time and two free drinks of your choice( I chose wine)for every day you are there. Staff really nice. Ambience was really cute in the main foyer area. room was very spacious I highly recommend.

The updates are great. Love the new bathrooms. The hotel was clean. Buffet breakfast could have more options for different dietary needs. Didn’t eat at the new restaurant but menu was classic Puerto Rican cuisine which was nice to see. Drinks from bar were excellent. Will definitely return.

The bartender at the bar was great. He recommended which mofongo to try nd it was delicious. the property itself was nice. i feel the pool wasnt all that compared to the photos so if youre booking for the pool im sure u will be disappointed. they do give 2 free drinks everyday for each adult for all the days that you stay there. so if you dont use the ticket one day then the next day you will have 4 free drinks. u can only use the ticket during certain hours. everyone was nice. they do offer free breakfast as well. wasnt much options and the omelet line gets really long. spent most of my time outside than in the hotel. i do also like how the rooms have a living room with an extra bed also. not sure if i would stay here again.

Me and my friends stayed at Embassy for 6 nights. There were little inconveniences at the beginning as we didn’t get the floor/room that we wanted (due to construction) but they were really accommodating and fixed the issue right away. The included-breakfast is definitely a great perks of staying at this particular hotel. The hallways to the elevator, to the lobbies, and the dining areas all were kept clean which was very satisfactory. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to book a place in San Juan.

Traveled with family. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. However, music was a little much, especially when it’s late at night and only a couple of people are in the lounge. Also toilet was slow to flush, but once the front desk was notified the guy showed up with plunger. The hotel and the restaurant “Cueva Del Mar” look dated.
