Staff was efficient and friendly. Construction noises started at 6:30am. Couldnt tell whether this was in or out of the hotel part or airport. Outside terrace area with a hot tub under construction. Only amenities were a bar of soap & small coffee maker. Room was too cold but in fan mode, there was only cool air. Needed it for white noise, unfortunately. Bed only had a very thin blanket. Price high for what you got.

The blanket was thin and scratchy, sheets felt old- room was freezing cold and there was no hot or warm water. After having a very long and busy day, with a bad cold, we came to our room hoping to have a nice warm shower, but the water was cold, the AC was freezing and the blanket was thin scratchy and had no warmth- tried to call for extra blankets but front desk nor housekeeping answered. My cold got worse and it was prob the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time- so bad. We just wanted to sleep

It was very convenient for needing to be at the airport bright and early but was incredibly noisy between the planes and people coming and going at all hours. I also had issues with my water coming out brown from the faucet.

Second time staying here upon arrival before setting out to our destination in Puerto Rico. Unbelievably quiet for location, very clean and comfortable. Food is pretty good and free breakfast is great. Definitely recommend. Just need better signage from the airport terminal, but signs were better this time than last year. Very nice accommodations without need for shuttle/Uber offsite.

We basically chose this hotel due to its location. 5 minute walk to terminal 1 & they offered an early breakfast starting at 5AM. Our originating flight arrived 4PM & connecting flight went out at 7AM next morning. Room was very small & it was an upgraded room. Barely enough room for 2 suitcases & not trip on them. Room was clean & the bed was excellent & shower was nice. For 1 night to connect to an early morning flight great. One very interesting thing is it’s located is the old American Airlines terminal which is completely empty now. It’s pretty cool & eire at the same time.
