I loved this experience. The hotel was amazing. Right on the beach. Room with an ocean view. Very large room, super comfortable bed, amazing bathroom that was quite large, plenty of shops/restaurants/ and the beach right next to it or within very reasonable walking distance. The pools and hot tub were amazing an overall beautiful property and island. I had the time of my life. I might just end up moving here!

Did an early check in. Was told that I would receive a sms when the room was available. Had to get in a long line to check in again. Plus NO WATER bottles in the rooms?! Called guest services asking if they could bring some complimentary and they don’t offer that. The cheapest hotel offers that I was told that I had to the hotel across the street to BUY bottled water. $500 for a 1 night stay and not a single bottle of water in the room?! Come on! Never again

This propert was very nice in the lobby but the rooms are extremely dated and not clean. The shower barely worked and leaked. I booked a king bed room and they just automatically put me in a room that had two beds and claimed they were overbooked. The staff was not impolite but neither were they nice or welcoming in any way. It was as if they were doing us a favor checking us in.

I recently stayed at the Condado Plaza Hotel and regret to inform you that my experience fell significantly short of expectations. While the check-in process was smooth and efficient, many other aspects of my stay were disappointing and did not align with the premium rate of $250 per night. Valet Service: The valet staff were consistently rude during each pick-up and drop-off. Courteous and professional interactions are basic expectations, especially at a resort of your caliber. Room Maintenance: Upon entering the room, I found the lockset on the TV stand for the back door was broken, and the door itself did not close properly. While maintenance responded to my request, they merely hammered the latch to ensure the door closed but did not repair the lock. This left the door unsecured, which is unacceptable for guest safety. Overall Condition: While the room was adequate, it did not meet the standard of a $250-per-night resort. The entire building felt as though it needed either a significant makeover or a deep cleaning. At a lower rate, I might have overlooked this, but at a premium price, my expectations were understandably higher. Given these issues, I believe that some form of compensation is warranted for the inconvenience and disappointment during my stay. I suggest a partial refund or credit toward a future stay, should the hotel address these concerns. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.

Been staying here since 2010, and it has been on a steady decline since then. I will not stay here again. Both restaurants in the hotel were closed, and only one elevator from the lobby was working for 10 floors and approximately 350 rooms! The room win need of refurbishment, lights didn’t work, doors wouldn’t open/close smoothly paint was peeling, mirrors were cracked AC was noisy The view from the balcony was great, unless you looked down, the roof below was covered in garbage that had been thrown or fell from the balconies there was always a stench of weed drifting by. Condado itself is also in need of refurbishment the sidewalks were hazardous at best and full of holes, missing/ broken pavers and street lights were mostly broken. Used to love this place and am sorry I can no longer recommend it

The staff were excellent, couldn't ask for better. The public areas of the hotel were nice, very clean. The room was clean but very basic and clearly in need of updating. The walls were mostly bare except for one giant piece of art over the bed. There were signs of age on everything, for example the vanity mirror looked like it had been bought at a thrift store. The toilet seat was loose. The elevators were a menace. One elevator didn't work at all, while the two remaining public elevators were seriously buggy. I never knew if the elevator was going to stop on my floor, sometimes it would just blast past a couple of times before finally stopping. The other had doors that would randomly open and close while it wasn't moving. There was only one set of stairs I could find, but it only went between the first two floors. Hotel dining options were not great, there is a cafe on the M floor, but I never tried it. I went to the restaurants across the street at the Hilton. Which, is an interesting thing, because both of the hotels are Hilton properties. The pools were nice, the beach was nice, although kinda hidden. I loved the view from my room, which was oceanfront. Great location; all kinds of good stuff around there. Definitely not the worst place I've stayed but I think, for the money, it should have been a little better. Do some updates to the rooms! Add some USB in-wall chargers.

The hotel has a nice location and great views of the ocean, but it's really run down. It's a relic from the 60s and probably has not had a major renovation since the 80s. It's sad how some hotels just milk their location and don't care about their condition since they figure tourists won't be coming back anyway.
