Very well located and well maintained, the do not disturb signs tend to fall off the door however so just be careful with that.

Older property, but clean. Rooms on the small side. No sofa or love seat. No breakfast of any kind. Not enough parking spaces for all the rooms! Would be a problem when full. Excellent location on the edge of old town San Luis Obispo. Good price.

This was a one night stop over driving from LA to SF to visit a relative on the way. It was much better than we expected. Comfortable bed and very clean.

Easy access from the 101 Freeway. Basic but nicely updated, clean and with everything you need. Microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and charging outlets. I stay here whenever I visit San Luis Obispo. and I do recommend.

The property is clean, but the walls are very thin and it was very noisy. Sunday morning the room next to us was playing music really loudly. They also charge to check in early, which I think in this day and age is outdated.

Wonderful Fall Stay
Great location, well kept property. Very comfortable and spacious single room. Little things like maintaining the landscaping show attention to detail that means you’re staying in the right place. Plenty of parking, quiet, clean, and private—what more can you ask for?
