Receptionist was cordial even though we checked in late and gave us a crib. Breakfast was delicious. They were putting in a new carpet in the hall so that was abit of a setback because you could hear footsteps but they had it done the next day.

Worst customer service. Two rooms under same name allocated on different floors. Breakfast is just name sake. NO BREAD WHATSOEVER FOR Breakfast. Onii look y Bagels. When you complaint , just get an thank you from staff.

I was not impressed by room. I was in the smallest room they possibly had and it was behind the elevator . I had the joy of hearing, feeling and shaking from the elevator all night. I felt it would be point less to complain because these rooms are probably given to customers who book in apps such as hotels.com , i wont stay here again.

It was a great stay. No issues. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The view outside the window was good as well.
