We stayed at Pacific Shores Inn in Morro Bay to be close to the downtown bars/restaurants. It's a perfect location. We only stayed 1 night which is probably the maximum we'd stay here. Nothing special about the room. But for the price and location it's worth staying for the night.

Had a kitchen however nothing you need for a kitchen. No towels, utensils, dishes. Floors were dirty. Room was near parking lot. No full coverage for widows so never got dark. Also, the parking lot noise was a lot
