I love the property but the cigarette butts caused me $600 at the emergency vet to have my pup get a shot of apomorphine to vomit up the cigarette butts I did not see her grab and charcoal w/ asorb. Please put out ash trays.

The location is directly off of HWY 78 and about 5 minutes from CSUSM which is convenient for us since my daughter goes to school there. There is shopping center about 2 minutes that includes Starbucks, Raising Canes and Broken Yok. Very cool The rooms have a small kitchen including a full size refridge which is great for left overs or keeping drinks cold.

Overall a very nice place. I have stayed 2x & both times both elevators have been broken. I have also been charged both times for me service dog even though I presented her DOC forms and her service dog licensing. I was not charged by the ladies who checked me in but I was told the manager that came In the next day had ran both charges after my stay had ended. This is the only reason that I would not recommend this hotel. All of the staff were kind and welcoming but the manager seemed to have a problem each time that she had no desire to tell me about she just instead waited until I left and added on charges that my dog should not be charged for. 👎

Needs updating
This hotel needs a refresh. Our bathroom faucet did not work and the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Pool and hot tub area were nice, but they only had 1 lounge chair. Could be a lot nicer hotel with a few updates.

Hotel room was good. A little run down, carpet and sofa were filthy with stains. Bed was uncomfortable. Room had everything we needed, including, plates, utensils, etc which was a plus for us.
