This property was perfect for my stay on San Pedro Island. √ The room was clean and secure. √ The bathroom was clean and modern. √ There was plenty of hot water in the large shower. √ The shower's water pressure was great. √ There were plenty of safe electrical outlets (I am a photographer/videographer and have 6 different types of batteries/devices that need to be charged) √ The air conditioner was easy to control and worked perfectly, √ All the staff were friendly and accommodating. √ The pool was small but well-maintained. √ The breakfast was great. While the room and furnishings were simple, the room was perfect for my purposes--I just needed a quiet, safe, clean place to spend the night (and charge my batteries/devices); I really didn't care about an ocean view or a spa. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to those looking for a very inexpensive and modest hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here and the owner Miguel, who was very friendly and kind. The place was in a good location, but I have plenty of food options nearby and places to park your golf cart, including spots right within the gates of the property. I enjoyed having access to swim right there from outside my room at the pool, that's in the courtyard. Definitely a nice touch if you don't feel like hitting the beach, but wanna be in the water. There's a restaurant also attached to the hotel which I did not get a chance to try, but I did look up some of their reviews and they seem pretty good too. The room itself was nice, the AC worked well, and though the Internet was spotty at certain times and didn't reach into the bathroom (for my room at least), it got the job done.

The outdoor are is really charming and the owners are very nice. I hate to write this review because of that, but I wish I had known what the room was REALLY like before booking. I’m all for spartan accommodations - I stay in hostels and budget hotels all the time. But there is a difference between basic/dated, and just plain gross. The room was dirty, the shower drain stank, there was mold or mildew in the bathroom, and the wall the bed was against was filthy, like hundreds of people had been putting their dirty feet on it. We stayed one night and slept as far from the dirty wall as possible. Additionally, the room was extremely dark, the mattresses were well past their expiration date, and the window was busted, so you could heard in and out of the room so we didn’t even feel like we had any privacy. The cost was an absurd price for this kind of cleanliness and wear and tear, especially when you can get clean basic accommodations for about the same price all around. I am so glad it was just a one night experience.

Lovely stay!!!
The accommodation was too the back of the town which only has 3 streets, so quiet nights. The host was very helpful and informative and always on site. Amazing views of the lake and sunset. But best of all it has a pool that we didn't think we wanted but coming back from snorkeling and diving it was really nice to relax in.

It's been my second time at this hotel and felt welcome each time. The new breakfast/lunch restaurant with a handfull of drinks available upgrades this cozy, family run hotel unique and loveable. Staff and owner very helpful and accommodating.

I loved this little hotel! Watch the sunset every night. Great breakfast! Get a bucket of Belikin and chill in the pool after a long day of walking. Go to Caliente’s across the street and enjoy the best shrimp curry you ever had in your life while the steel drummer plays. Just wonderful!
