As always, service at this hotel is impeccable! The food was great two as were the servers. OTOH, working with Expedia was terrible! They screwed up my name and when I checked with the hotel, they couldn't find my presentation. After I finally got the mess sorted out, I had to make a separate reservation for an additional stay. Expedia got that deleted and fortunately I got that straightened out with the hotel. I am done with Expedia!

Our stay perfect! Our rooms were very clean! And our beds were very comfy. We had breakfast delivered and it was a nice start to our day!The service was good all around too! We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

I just stayed at the Marriott this past weekend and did not like it at all. My key wasn’t working. We only had a few minutes to get to the hotel and freshen up and it was a disaster. I waited in line to get a key I went to the room key did not work by that time, my Uber was there and we had to carry our luggage the whole night because the key wasn’t working nor could we have had freshen up. The desk lady was so kind and professional, it was out of her control. So stressful and upsetting to have driven so far just to not have access to what we paid for.

Excellent stay. Property was clean, well appointed, comfortable. Looks like they were renovated not long ago. Hotel has everything you'd need: gym, pool, spacious rooms, restaurant, etc. Good location too. A very short drive to shopping, coffee, and restaurants. In fact, I think it's only about a 10 minute walk. Would be good if they could install a safe in each hotel room for guests' personal belongings. Also, their AC temperature control is a bit weird. It tracks the temperature outside rather than inside. Overall, a very nice property.

This hotel is classy. Treats people well and takes care of you. The redwood trees, the hotel bar, the club, the pool. Everything is relaxing and excellent. It’s very nice here. I will always come here. The hotel manger is very professional and nice.

Convenient location for the event I was attending. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good amenities. Pool is small. Restaurant has decent menu but very very slow service when the hotel is busy. Lots of other good dining options within walking distance of the hotel. In room phones were not working. Coffee maker in room didn’t work.

Toilet was filthy. The rim of the toilet (under the seat) was covered in dried urine. It must have been neglected for months to look like that. Otherwise very nice and comfy.
