Breakers West B5 is a nicely updated two bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located along highly sought after West Gulf Drive in Sanibel Island. Our condo features over 1000 sq ft of living space with a private screened lanai, full kitchen, spacious living area and even a washer/dryer in the condo. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and full bathroom nearby. For additional guests we offer a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Breakers West is just one building with it's own heated pool and sits behind the Waterside Inn on the Beach which allows for easy beach access just walking through the property to the sand. Once on the beach, you can see our world famous sunsets and collect a seemingly endless amount of shells. We include at least 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels as well as a starter supply of guest amenities for each stay. Our second floor condo has an elevator service or stairs and has just one parking spot.

Great location!
Condo was very convenient to the beach and was located near some great shelling areas. The interior of the condo was very well equipped with kitchen, bath and beach items. Living room and porch furniture has been updated since the property photos were taken and was better than expected. Property was very quiet at night and great for sleeping. Check-in and checkout were easy with clear instructions provided ahead of time.

Do your research as when these nasty little things show up. We didn’t and ended up leaving 1 day into the trip. Family was miserable. The condo and management was great. No issue with them.

Great location impossible key access for short people
We had a great time! The biggest negative is that one adult could not reach key. Please rethink this. Also property manager was unhelpful explaining the code versus key location. Beach was awesome.

Easy walk to the beach! Nice, clean, well-equipped condo that allowed a 4 day stay! Love Sanibel no matter where we stay but this place is a nice place for a quiet stay close to the beach.

Hidden gem.
