The building and the room I was in were dilapidated. AC was out for the 3 days I was there, and no one seemed to be able to help. Do not expect the airport shuttle to be available when you check out. They only offer it when the front desk is staffed by 2 or more attendants. I would've given it a one-star if it weren't for the breakfast. Breakfast was good, and other reviews seem to agree as well. I will not be coming back.

There was no duvet cover on the comforter, the bed did not have a fitted sheet. It had a small flat sheet and then another small flat sheet and then the comforter, and then another small flat sheet on top. They finally brought sheets, but the fitted sheet was stained. The refrigerator was broken. There was water damage to The walls and ceilings and the room smelled of mildew or mold. The air-conditioning was broken, but at least they brought us a box fan. That's why I'm giving the service more than one star

We did not like that there was no air conditioning to cool the room for the third time and the shower temp was not hot enough. Also, how does a hotel run out of face towels throughout the whole facility? The breakfast was fine.

Rooms are a huge disappointed!
We had to switch rooms due to the condition of our room. The second room wasn't any better. Very very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the rooms...perhaps we were put in an older, un-updated room...but there was so many things, no air-con, refrigerator would not close, holes and large stains on carpet, someones nasty hair grease left on the headboard...i could go on, but i won't. I asked if they had any clening wipes so i could clean the headboards and dirty doorknobs and handles and they said i needed to go down to thw lobby if i wanted them! The lobby was immaculate, the bar seemed fine, the breakfast was great! The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. But the rooms and patio were dirty/filthy! App won't let me add photos, but trust me, they're bad.

The AC didn't work so we had to leave the patio door open for air circulation the whole time we stay there, even during the night. How ever, we couldn't sleep well because the constant noise from the street and parking lot came from cars driving by and the freeway closer by.

This property is dated. Some areas have been updated but a lot have not. Of the 5 elevators in the lobby, 2 worked at most. There is not an option to take the stairs to your room. Anytime someone in my room showered, the bathroom flooded and I'm not talking a little water on the floor. There was holes in the carpet, door frames were dry rotted, parking gates were broken so there were limited entry and exit points making it impossible to get in and out of the parking lot some days. This hotel could be great if it had $100k makeover. On the upside the breakfast was delicious.

Pro: -Safe and clean. -Recent updates are nice. -Friendly staff. Cons: -Parking is awful unless you park in the middle of the day and don't leave. -Breakfast is not as good as most other Embassy's. The effort just didn't seem to be there and the food was not appealing. I usually don't get omelets because of the line but there was no one on line and two people manning it, so I tried. She asked me three times (at different times of making it) what I wanted in it (simple, cheese and spinach) and she still got it wrong and added a bunch of things I don't eat. She also left while it was cooking and it was really dark when she got back.

I honestly dont know where to start. We check in around 2ish and walk to our room and its dirty, towels on the floor bed unmade and trash everywhere. Go to lobby and they give us another room, keys dont work , there we go again to the lobby , finally everything is good and we check in and put our stuff away and leave , come back around 11 pm and the room temp is 78 degress, long story short, we had mangamnet send over a fan and we had to sleep w the window open cause it was WAY TO HOT too sleep in there. total mess

as soon as u walk into the room you are greeted with a humidity and the room felt damp.. not only that but there was no way to turn the AC up in the night because it was set to a specific temperature. there was mold growing in the bathroom and on the curtains to go outside to the balcony. my son would wake up drenched in sweat and so would we because of how humid it was in the room.. DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY HERE !! You would think it would be a nice stay because it’s embassy suites but nope!!
