The reception and dining areas are excellent . However, once you step out of the reception towards the elevators, it's a bit worn. A funny smell around the walking area ground floor. My door had bubbles on it, sign of aging. Should not be at a hotel at all. The chairs were worn and the bedside lockers, drawers and table in very poor condition. Tha hotel needs serious renovation. Wouldn't stay here again until renovated.

The first room I entered, had hair all over the pillow on the sheets and the pillows were disgusting as if they weren’t changed. I asked for another room. Yes, I was granted another room, overall, when I asked for another room, I had to wait still for another room, even though I was a customer in line prior to another customer who was trying to assist before me! Not cool!

Very thin walls—being ear plugs if you stay
The property looks nice, and the rooms are spacious. However, the walls are very thin, so hopefully you don’t have noisy neighbors like we did—I’m talking karaoke at 2am noisy…both nights we stayed. It’s a shame the developers didn’t do more to soundproof the building. Also, we had 2 tvs in the room, and neither worked. Not a big deal for me, but something to consider. I will look for different accommodations next time I visit.

Usually my go to when I visit CA from AZ. Rooms are big and clean, bathrooms have Dove's soap, shampoo and conditioning. When walking on the ouside, might appears to be "rundown", but inside the rooms themselves are big, plenty of room for storage spaces, refridgerator, etc.
