I stayed here for my birthday weekend and everything was amazing I had no issues the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing and staff was so friendly I highly recommend:)

Staff was very caring and courteous, great variety of breakfast items, their orange juice was very good, lobby was neat, clean and updated, front desk was kind and helpful, cleaning ladies were very kind and courteous as well. We were slightly disappointed at the moldy smell of our room. Although it was clean, there was a spot by the fridge that smelled like vomit. The toilet also clogged easily and so did the sink. Bathroom was nicely remodeled and the beds were comfy.

Overall it was a good value, and conveniently located to many day trips we had planned. People at the front desk were polite and accommodating. A security guard was on-hand which gave us some additional sense of safety. We also appreciate the complementary buffet breakfast which saves some time and money each morning before hitting the road. The only complaint we really have is that the A/C unit in our room was very noisy.

The stay here was terrible. Our sink did not work the first two days. I asked to be switched rooms and they refused. I tried to speak to the manager multiple times but the front desk staff made up an excuse every time. I finally was able to speak to the manager on day three and she said the sink being broken was “my problem” because I was not going to be there when they wanted to send maintenance over (I had plans for my vacation around the time he was available) The manager was just as rude as the front desk staff. Do not stay here.
