My husband and i were in town for Danish Days. I choose this hotel because of it's location. I know from past Danish Days visits the traffic can be a nightmare. Our room was late getting ready but I am sure thatbis because it was a very busy weekend. Everything was very clean, the bed, was super comfortable, andbit was an essy walk to all the festivities. We will definitely stay again.

Stairs and hallway going to rooms dirty and old, bathroom had rust and paint peeling off. Hand soap bar on bathroom’s sink was wet and mushy that was supposed to be a new bar. Will not go back. No VIP recognition.

This is always a great property. The rooms are clean, the pool and spa are great and the staff are friendly. A little out of town but still an easy walk to stores and restaurants. Always our number 1 choice in Solvang

First Stay Amazing, Second Stay Disappointing

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5) This was our second stay at Vinland Hotel and Lounge this year. The first time was wonderful—we had a great time and slept so well. Unfortunately, our second visit wasn’t the same experience. The room felt a bit off, and we couldn’t get comfortable. All night long we heard cars passing by, which made it hard to sleep. On top of that, the AC upstairs wasn’t working properly, so the room felt stuffy. We really enjoyed our first stay, which is why we came back, but this visit left us unsure if we’ll return. Next time, we may consider staying somewhere else.

We had a room with two double beds. Super spacious. The bathroom remodeled - looks great. There’s a lounge downstairs and coffee once you exit the elevator. Friendly staff.

No vineyard views just noisy Mission Street. Staff forgot to contact us to say the room was ready like they said they would. We got there at 1. When we came back at 4:30 our requested room wasn’t ready so we got a different one. Large room with no e kitchen but only an overhead shower we couldn’t use.
