This hotel is very charming. It definitely brings a comforting experience while still being very clean. The staff offered me a tour and was able to see a few rooms at a prior visit which convinced me to stay here. Every room is different and has their own charm.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had no issues with my room. I will always look to book a Loft type room anywhere I go. I enjoyed the space. I couldn't twirl like I wanted to, because of the furniture pieces, but I made it work. The only thing that would make it that much better, is a new showerhead. The pressure was not to my liking, but I made it work. The Bar options are plentiful, and honestly, for a reasonable price. You can raid the bar and still have spent less than you would have, if you had gone out to a bar. The bedding and pillows were fine. I had no issues with them. The towels were spot clean, and Coffee was...meh. Super convenient to everything. You've got food, coffee, and sweets for days. Will definitely return.

Short, overnight stay
Just a quick overnight during a road trip. So cute and charming! We had 3 adults and a black Labrador, and stayed in the 2 Queen Village cottage. Large room that fits 6 (sofa bed). Free bfast was good. Very close walking distance to everything!

Tired hotel with tired staff.
Our room was not ready when we tried to check in. Desk staff wasn’t exactly friendly. Toilet in our room wasn’t flushing and wasn’t able to be repaired. They moved us to a nicer room which was nice of them to do. Overall, this is just a tired hotel, with tired staff and there are just better places to stay.

We stayed in a Jr. Suite & liked our room well enough. It was roomy & comfortable. However, there were walkways on 3 sides with windows that only had blackout curtains. If the curtains were left open everyone could see in our room. If they were closed the room was dark without enough interior lighting. We had to leave the AC/heat fan on all night because it was very noisy! Staff were friendly & helpful & parking felt safe & was convenient.
