We like to property, conveniently located next to bunch of restaurants and Safeway. Breakfast is included and was decent. Peet’s coffee is outside if you need to grab a quick bite. Room cards are too sensitive, it was disable 2-3 times a day because I kept it in a bag where my wallet with credit cards was. Couple of times hall doors that connects to the elevator lobby were locked so I was waiting for a person to come upstairs to unlock the door.

TV in bedroom did not work! Didn’t find out till late at night and at that point I’m not going to call maintenance. Huge inconvenience. What happened to the complimentary body lotion? Everything else was great.

We Love This Place!
We love this place! Clean, comfortable, and safe. My adult son has Downs and loves to look out at the expressway and the planes taking off and landing at San Jose airport, so when I asked the gentleman at the front desk for a city facing view that was high up, he took care of it enthusiastically. Highly recommend! I should add that we've stayed here about a half dozen times and it never fails to impress.

Always a pleasant stay, rooms are comfortable and clean. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is the parking fee $15/day. Free breakfast is good could use some more variety day to day. Recommend requesting a room on the opposite side away from the highway unless traffic noise doesn’t bother you….stayed for 3 nights for a 49ers game. Convenient location to Safeway, many quick food options.Will definitely stay again, our go to place when staying in Santa Clara..

Worth it!
The front desk was very helpful and we had an overall great experience. Location to shopping and dining can’t get any better. We didn’t have to get in our car and drive to get food or groceries as it’s conveniently located next to a strip mall. We went to a football game and opted to walk to the stadium which took about 45 minutes but was so much easier than driving. Plus, the walk was nice and we passed some very cute homes! Only complaint is they desperately need new pillows. They have seen their best days. Other than that, totally worth it!
