It's one of the better choices that is near our office and in the middle of all of the companies near Great America Pkwy. It's starting to show some signs of age and needs a little upgrade. Beds are ok.

Quality of Bedding and Linen
Stayed at the House of Hyatt for three nights and was a bit disappointed with the quality of the bed linen and bath towels. Linen and towels both very rough material. I was also disappointed linen can only be changed once every three days stay. Also disappointed no bottled water and bathroom amenities provided such as combs, toothbrush, cotton swaps, etc.
Nice stay, clean, comfortable beds. The temp of room was a little hard to control and the room looked like it needed some repair/updating, but overall nice. Staff was very friendly.
To my surprise and shock (because the price), the rooms were clean. I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel room. Breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had. Shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The environment was convenient and relaxing. This place has set a new standard for me.
