This place is truly amazing. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. The grounds were impeccable. The walls are a little thin. That’s my only complaint.

Although the hotel is a short drive to downtown Pismo, This property has everything you need for a pleasant visit. Rooms and grounds have an efficient set up. Hot breakfast in the morning, along with coffee, tea and water available all day. There is a bit of noise with kids (and adults) enjoying the pool etc. However, shutting the balcony door shut out the sounds. The shower is well designed but be prepared for low sink water pressure. One is able to witness gorgeous sunsets and the beauty of ocean views. Would definitely come here again.

Checked in timely and opted to get partial ocean room. Likely got assigned worst partial room they have. I don’t recommend to add any extra. Go for ocean view and ask for 1st floor. They have view and nice walk out patio, accessing facilities. A little less privacy but looks worthy. Breakfast is 7-10, like 10:00 sharp. Staff has no time to wait for you to enjoy a little morning time. They even have suggestions that 7-8am is least crowded but still keep schedule 7-10, instead of 8-11!! It is vacation, give people some extra rest time. Close to downtown and coastal access, this is great. Close-by pizza place is great, but so slow that you don’t want to waste time. Not to mention a pizza place missing some ingredients like olive!! Not clean, corridors have a little smell and carpet dirty, same in rooms. Pool and hot tub was great, a little excessive chlorine. Floors are easy to hear steps on those upper floors so pick/ask top floor if you dont want to deal with those people.

There was a water leak in my room, bathroom was average. No fitness center and breakfast was at open air, not many options to seat. Location is excellent.

First and foremost, the pool area overlooking the ocean is a solid 5 stars, if not 100! You cannot beat the views and amenities of this property! Unfortunately, the room was horrible. It was old and tired. Our area rug looked to be 100 years old and never cleaned. The bathroom was the worst I have had in many years. The shower handle was broken and would either scald you or freeze you out, and there was essentially no water pressure from the sink. If the owners would invest a little time and money into the rooms, it would be hard to beat this hotel

Gorgeous views, cozy popular hotel
Beautiful property with lots of amenities. The best part is the gorgeous view, footpath along the cliffs linking to other hotels, and lovely beach access. We stayed on a holiday weekend, so it was full of families so the pool and hot tubs were very crowded and a bit messy but the water was warm and welcoming. It was unseasonably humid in the rooms but the A/C is very loud but it was either that or the lovely but also loud sound of waves through the open screen door. The room however was very clean and the pillows and bed very cushy. Would definitely stay here again to take advantage of the location and amenities, but maybe at a less busy time of year.
