Will not stay here again.
We were staying a total of 7 days. Upon arrival I got a call as we entered 30A that the air conditioner was not working on the second and third floor. The guy had said that it was wasn’t working, but they had fixed whatever the issue was and they had left box fans in several locations. No biggie to us. As long as it was fixed I thanked him and he was extremely nice, and told me to call the number he called from if we needed any help. I thanked him and we arrival shortly after. The house was warm, but it eventually cooled off. Day 3 the microwave quit working not a big deal to us. Well, Day 4 we woke up in the way early hours and the air conditioner was not working on the second and third floor. I waited and called about 8:30am. She took our address, name, phone number, and the air unit brand then said she would forward to the management. No call, text, email, or anything. Get home that evening still nothing. Call again and she just repeated the same process. I asked if it would be getting fixed and the lady literally hung up on me. It was extremely hot day 4 and 5. We ended up leaving a whole day earlier due to it being unbearably hot. They texted day 5 early in the morning about check out and hoped our stay was good. I replied to the text explaining I’ve called multiple times about the air conditioner and got no reply for multiple days regarding the issues. No reply. The house electric would flicker (surge) like there is a short or electrical issue with the house. Be aware!

Family vacation
Neighborhood was wonderful, quiet and close to beach and downtown area. (.4 miles) Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was used a lot as we had a week of double red and red flags at the beach! Rental Management company was quick to respond to voicemails left via text but...would have been nice to actually speak with someone regarding a concern we had. We also paid for additional damage and hurricane insurance thru VRBO but yet were also charged a refundable $500 damage deposit by the rental company. Personally believe if we opted for the additional insurance coverage through VRBO we should not have had the rental company also charge us more.

Youth Camp
What a wonderful experience! We were visiting the Destin area for youth camp and traveled with several teenagers. The check in/check out process was super simple. The pictures on the website matched the house exactly and the location was great. The house was clean and everything in the house worked perfectly. There is a 5 minute walk to the beach but it is well worth the short walk. We will definitely stay here again when traveling back to the area.

Cool Breeze Santa Rosa Beach
We had a great time the 10 days in this home. The living room was large enough to accomodate 9 adults. The pool is directly across and the beach within 6 blocks of walking. We had to supply our own beach chairs and canopy. We only cooked breakfast and chose to buy pans. There were no non stick available. We contacted the managment on the minor things that needed to be fixed and they responded quickly. Our group will return next year and will stay here again if its available.

Great house and location
This is our fourth trip we've taken in Florida for spring breaks and this was our favorite location by far. 30A has all you need and want for a vacation get away. We were able to walk to both the beach and the "town center" within minutes. Having the pool right across the street was fantastic and it was never busy while we were there. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes away. Many great places to eat lunch or dinner at only minutes away...Grayton Seafood and Shunk Gulley were our favorites! As a note - because Florida no longer has a mask mandate - only a few people had masks on at the different places we went to. Most of the shops did require one upon entry but not all of them. We had two families of 4 stay in the house and we had more than enough room. The house itself was stocked well to get us started. It was clean, but not spotless - floors were not washed well. Would have been nice to get a scrub pad to wash dishes with but we got one on our second trip to the Publix which is only about 10 mins away. We had all the bath towels we needed and starter soaps for all sinks/showers. Warren Beach rentals were very easy to work with and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay great.

Nice quiet area
House was as expected from photos. Had a problem with the first floor air conditioning, and immediately sent management a email with a quick reply and service technician to fix issue. Internet was spotty, had to keep resetting it. One of the master bedroom closet doors was off hinges and placed in the other closet. But those are just very little petty complaints. House was clean, area was quiet. Plenty of room and space for all. Pool across the street was very nice. Walk to the beach is not bad if your not dragging elderly in-laws around. Must rent a golf cart to really enjoy the 30A. Do not rent from the little store across the street and on the 30A next to Goat Feathers, the cart was old and felt like it was going to die, then to top it off, they came and took it from our rental house a day early, without notifying me. It was very confusing trying to figure that one out if it was stollen, and I still had the key in hand. First time in the area of the 30A, typically we stay more in the Destin area. If you like the restaurants and shopping in the Destine area, your gonna have to drive 45-60 minutes a couple times a day. We would definitely stay in this house again. Like the separation of busy vacationing crowd.

The house was very clean and perfect for our family very comfortable. We had 12 people. Great and timely response from rental company. Busy time of year so parking for the beach was difficult at times so i definitely recommend golf cart and or bikes. We enjoyed it and made great memories! Perfect weather!!

Lack of empathy
As an African American vacationing usually happens in predominantly white areas for my family. It is always a bit of trepidation in each experience and this one was very small and uneventful but an unnecessary nerve racking experience nonetheless. We were not provided with the gate code. Fortunately someone let us in the community. We got to the home and the deadbolt was on. We had no way of unlocking it. They gave us a door code that only worked for the bottom lock. The property manager Kara would only respond by text. After several messages back in forth,and after having to wait in real time for her response the experience was extremely frustrating. I finally asked her to call me and I let her know that i was disappointed that she hadn't previously called to see if we needed anything. She was rude and was trying to get the door opened but she had no empathy for our situation. African Americans get the police called on them for looking like they are "out of place" all the time. Instead of a reassuring call telling me where my children could use the bathroom or whatever I was told "don't talk to me like that" for repeating Ma'am calmly instead of listening to her apology. I understood she wanted to apologize. I just needed a bathroom badly as opposed to her explanation. At that point she no longer wanted to help me. I asked her if there was a bathroom by the pool i could take my daughter to. She told me no i would have to take her to a restaurant. I then asked for a specific establishment since she knew the area. I briefly tried to explain what i was trying to avoid by saying "hey i want to make sure I'm not told i have to buy anything " the tone of her response was offensive. She replied "our area isn't like that" . After waiting outside the residence for approximately 30 to 45 minutes someone came to let us in. I was hoping to be treated like a customer that was appreciated for utilizing the house. I did not feel welcome.

Great Vacation
The house is very nice and accommodated all 12 of us very well. The third floor bunk room was perfect for the kids, giving them an area of their own and allowing the adults to gather on the first floor in a more peaceful environment. We cooked many meals at home and found the kitchen well equipped and the outside grills in good order. The pool was very convenient being directly across the street and was never overcrowded. Beach access was a short walk and if we got there early enough there was adequate parking. The beach itself was fabulous with plenty of room to spread out. Overall a great vacation and a house we would gladly recommend to anyone.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful visit! The home was perfect for our family of 12 (7 adults & 5 children). Mitch was very responsive to any questions we had and check-in instructions could not have been easier. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the pool was a great backup when the beach was off limits (red flag days). The balconies were a great place to relax; the teens loved the hammock! This is a great family friendly home.

House was clean & exactly as advertised. Also there is a full laundry room on the first floor, bonus! Our extended family (10 people) were very comfortable. I was worried the 3rd floor bedroom would be hot in June, but was comfortable. The lot is treed and shady. We called the contact number for some minor things and they responded later that same day, addressing everything. It's a great location near the beach and right across from the pool. We fit 3 cars snugly in our parking area. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

2nd visit & still great!
This was our 2nd year staying at Cool Breeze and we still love it! The layout of the house is great, the kitchen is well equipped, and the pool being basically in your front yard is the best! Beach is just about 2 blocks away which is awesome as well. The beds in the loft need a bit of attention (sagged because there are only slats -- need bunkie boards or box springs -- we had to put the mattresses on the floor) ... other than that it's perfect!

We had 7 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. Walk to the beach was easy. Drive to the beach was even easier. Parking sufficient for 3 cars. Pool is right across the street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Walmart is about 4 miles away if you’re buying groceries or beach items. It’s a great place to spend a week.

We were very satisfied with this vacation home. The walk was about 10 minutes from the public beach access. The home was well furnished and up to date. All rooms were very spacious! It was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 5 kids! The pool was literally straight across the road from the house. This was a great stay at a great price!

We loved the area. Not as busy as other areas, yet still convenient to grocery stores. Lots of nice restaurants starting to pop-up (Local Catch, Shunk Alley). House is very comfortable. Good size kitchen. Plenty of Tv's. Nicely decorated

Awesome vacation!
Love love love this house! The location is awesome (right across from the pool) and the furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (except the ice maker doesn't work), and the cable channels even included all of the premium stations! Gave it 4 stars because it wasn't super clean (note though that I'm pretty particular when it come to cleanliness, but we found food crumbs on the stairs when we arrived and a prior renters shoes under the couch!). And we had a slight problem with bugs (found them in 2 of the bedrooms, on the stairs, and in the dining room on the night we arrived!). I know Florida has bugs (I used to live in Florida so I was prepared) but the ones we had were just a bit excessive. That being said, though, we really loved our stay and will definitely be back! The beach is super close and the nearest restaurant (Goatfeathers) is so good!
