Are we stay there when I visit my son for the holidays? The house gets a little crowded. I really like it there. I like the staff the rooms are clean. I stay off of the pool less noise from the bar but I love it. I’ve been back five times.

We like staying here when we are in Santa Rosa. Great style and the lobby and public areas are great. The hallways to the rooms are a bit dated and dirty. The rooms are in good condition. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the room upstairs.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo. Heated pool and Jacuzzi were really nice and clean. Food was pricey but delicious and the drinks were phenomenal.

Front desk and the so-called “resort” is an absolute joke. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service and hospitality from a hotel. Tiffany and Ellee from the front desk made my stay absolutely terrible they were both very unhelpful and unaccommodating with my issues. There was 0 empathy on their end when I was completely stressed and upset with my room/stay. I travel a lot and stay all over and I chose resorts because I like the hospitality that usually comes with it. Makes it feel safer for me. This place is no different than a cheap motel as it comes to customer service. And beware I was told by one of the girls from the front desk that they have nothing to do with Expedia’s photos/description of the property so it’s just a scam I guess!
