Calm and Relaxing
I lovely space that accommodated three people comfortably (four is doable but pushing it). Inside there is a spacious one bedroom, sizeable bathroom, and a small kitchen space, with anything you would need to make basic meals, combined with a living room and dining table--this space will be your main hang out area so could feel quite cramped if the pullout bed isn't folded away. The real star of this VRBO is the grounds, with an amazing garden encompassing the front, side, and rear of the property--truly beautiful. Obviously we saw the sights in the Sonoma area, but don't skip out on sitting in the garden itself. Plus there is a hot tub and sauna. Highly recommended for a small group.

Great temporary home base!
Rather than having to enter and exit through a big box hotel, it was so nice to come and go as if I lived in that neighborhood!

We enjoyed staying in this rental. It was pretty basic but fit our needs well--we were visiting family a few miles away. The lot is very attractive. The sauna & hot tub were located on the deck of the other apartment, which seemed like it might be awkward to use (we didn't try). On our last night, before an early departure the next morning, the lock wouldn't open with our number. We contacted the Vacasa office at 10 pm and received excellent assistance that got us into our rental. We really appreciated your representative who was patient and helpful, intent on providing us a solution.

Overall decent. However, there was a stale musty odor in the apartment. I suggest opening all windows and doors for several hours on a nice day. Also, the pull out couch is very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Girls weekend stay
My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend in Napa & Sonoma - it was a functional & cute but small space for the three of us. The sofa pull-out was not the most comfortable, but that is to be expected of sofa beds in general. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear noises from the owner's side pretty easily & also late at night. The location is pretty central for getting around in Santa Rosa. Beware of the busy street this property is on though, can be a bit stressful backing into the driveway when parking. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend for a weekend in the Sonoma area!

Beautiful Property and Garden
We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and spacious and a very close drive to downtown Santa Rosa. Beautiful garden and we enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was on site when we arrived and spoke to us but didn't introduce themselves which was odd. In addition, I was woken up both nights at 3 am by noise from the house (the property is private but attached to the house the owners live in). There was banging and it sounded like a tv or radio was on. Otherwise we enjoyed the place, great amenities with the kitchenette, coffee and fridge, and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful weekend getaway
This location is perfectly out of the way of the hustle and bustle of downtown and yet only a quick ride down to it. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful garden! Being close to the wineries was a bonus! This is a great couple getaway!! Would love to come back with some girlfriends as well!!

Great!
Very happy with our stay!!! Loved it !!! Was perfect for my husband and I and our newborn baby ... I would advise this is not for 4 people to stay. The couch is a pull out futon thing and can fit one person or child ... the hot tub was great and location awesome for access to all of Santa Rosa .. also close to spring lake !!! Just FYI the road is not pedestrian friendly especially with stroller - no side walks for few blocks on A busy road ...

Lovely spot and the hot tub and sauna make it a gem! Had all amenities and it was clean and unique. I wish that I didn’t have to wash, dry and put away the dishes and that it was included in the cleaning fee.

The hot tub made everything worth it. Place was quaint and clean. A little noisey at night as you are right on the main road, but not too bad. Great location

Enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were under the impression that it was a separate cottage from the main house but it's actually converted rooms on the owners home. We were comfortable as the owner wasn't there but it would've been awkward using the hot tub if he was as the hot tub is outside his patio doors. The house is located on a very busy road but we slept well.

Nice quiet stay
Cute. Know it is part of a house. I missed that on the description. But luckily we had it to ourselves as the hot tub was therapeutic for my daughter. If there were people in the main house that would have felt odd. Thank you for a lovely stay. Don’t rely on the sofa bed for a good nights sleep. Little rough.

I booked 5 nights left after 2nd night
My husband, myself and our son booked to stay here over the Thanksgiving break. Upon arrival the home was cute, quaint and clean. The gardens around the home are very beautiful. Unfortunately none of us slept the nights we stayed. There was a strong odor of rodent in the rental. At first we couldn’t identify the smell, we purchased 3 candles as one did not banish the smell. We quickly realized the smell was rodent once we heard them scurrying in the walls all night, hence no sleep. The parking and busy road weren’t deal breakers and knew that going in, as it was posted on other reviews. The construction going on next door starting at 7am was not noted and was not enjoyable to hear while vacationing but that was nothing they had control over, just another reason we could not stay the entire week we booked. I Will most likely never book another rental that is attached to the main home either, it’s weird. Lastly I am out of pocket for the 3 nights I did not stay and the rental company was less then impressive but I’ll chalk that up to it bring the Thanksgiving weekend. I did leave a voicemail at best times to reach me but no further attempts were made.

Charming accomodations
Stayed at this property for almost 1 month. It worked out perfectly fine for my needs while I was staying in Santa Rosa for a work obligation. No ones fault but my own, I did not read the fine print and didn't realize it did not have a full kitchen. However, I was able to make it work with the items that they did have. I would recommend this property again.
