We arrived late and went straight to our room. I wasn’t able to get to sleep due to a very strong fragrance in the room that affected my sinuses. Not sure what you deodorize or clean with, but it was way over the top. Noise from other rooms also interfered with sleep. I chose the sandman because I had been 2 months prior and was happy with.

Overall decent hotel
Overall very clean with an awesome fragrance in and around the place. Several tweakers and prostitutes around the property, especially near the front. The bed was quite stiff, but overall it was comfortable. The place is a little overpriced for the quality, but it was still a decent experience. 10 minutes drive from Graton casino was a plus.

When I got there, the front desk attendent didn't know if the netflix was working yet. It wasn't was what I was told by the maintenance man who was trying to make it, so my door would open. I stay there 224 times a month and keep asking for special rates, but I can't get any and the service has gone downhill. I think you guys have lost a customer
