The soundproofing here is terrible; I can even hear the snoring from the room next door. The house keeping isn’t daily, and even when I requested it at the front desk, they didn't clean the room. After staying for four nights, I was charged over 1,000 dollars extra, supposedly for some service fees, but I haven’t seen the bill, and they didn’t send it to me the bill.

The room we got smells musty and moldy smells we compliant to the manger they replaced the room with another room but the bed news it had aunts on the mattress and on the shower curtain I am very disappointed I would not stay at this hotel any more

We loved our stay at the resort. It was hard to leave. The only downfall was the restaurant options. There are only two restaurants and sometimes it was hard to get into the restaurants. I also didn’t know that we should book the activities for kids before we arrived. They were already full before we arrived. We loved everything there. We will be back!

For 3 nights I paid 500 before I got there then paid 2,300 when I arrived and paid another 580 at checkout so it was pretty expensive. Also some waiters/waitresses seemed like they didn’t like their job and seemed annoyed they had to be there and the boat rental guy was annoying and acted sarcastic

This is a gorgeous property. The food at the various dining options is delicious. We spent some time at one of the smaller pools in the evening and had a lovely time paddling around. The water was the perfect temperature. One complaint was that we couldn't get in at the spa. Now, we didn't book an appointment ahead of time, so this is reasonable. However, we then asked if we could get manicures and were told that the manicurists only work two days out of the week. We were there on a weekend, so it was surprising that not all spa services were on offer. For as expensive as the accomodations are, it feels like more things should be included in your stay. Having to pay exorbitant prices for food and activities (including high service charges) in addition to the thousands of dollars it takes to stay at this resort feels like fleecing to me. Signage says that the service charges exist to offset the increase of minimum wage. But passing that cost on to the guest when prices are already so expensive doesn't sit right with me. A high-cost experience like a resort should be able to pay its employees a comfortable wage without price gouging its guests.
