I was charged from Expedia and hotel had no register of paynent and the staff was so unprepared could not find my payment.

Resumindo nossa experiência, não existe um ponto positivo sobre esse hotel. Barulho no corredor, café da manhã ruim, serviço de quarto péssimo, as camareiras falam alto no corredor o tempo todo, batem porta, não repoem toalhas de banho, nem sequer papel higiênico. Banheiro não tem suporte para shampoo, nem pra toalha de rosto. Elevadores insuficientes.. Não imaginava jamais que o Hotel Nacional, um hotel conceituado que recebeu vários artistas na cidade tivesse um serviço tão ruim igual o que nos foi apresentado.

O hotel precisa de reparos. Precisei mudar de quarto porque as tomadas não funcionavam. Acabei indo para outro onde o banheiro alagou. O funcionário que fez a troca dos quartos foi muito atencioso. A recepcionista do checkout, ao ouvir sobre o banheiro alagado, sequer pediu desculpas. A funcionária do café da manhã, muito simpática
