Some lady just unlocked our room with a master key, and after finding us, she ran away. Upon inquiry with the front desk, they said they know the women and would ask her to explain herself. She did come to our room again, said something in Portuguese, but she did not know English (and neither did the front desk person). We had no idea what she said - we asked if she was room service or manger, she just kept nodding. All we could understand is there are master keys. Knowing this, and without any sufficient explanations, we felt unsafe to stay at this hotel. Also, the breakfast food was old and smelled bad. Though it is close to various museums and Luz station, and other staff members were friendly to us, we cannot recommend this place due to this incident.

At first I thought I was in a tough part of town, but then realized that is what makes Sao Paulo well, Sao Paulo. Great little local places to hear music after the work day is over. GREAT BREAKFAST and clean rooms.

Good locatiob, poor standards

Great location for world cup and else. Far from european standards but decent breakfast. A few in the staff know some words in English. OK price but dont have any expectations on the standards and safety.

Very outdated

The hotel rooms are very outdated - doesn't look like they have been remodeled since the 70s... Air conditioner wasn't working, which in Brazil is a bit of an inconvenience. The good things about it: friendly staff, free WiFi and complimentary breakfast.

Good value for cost. Enjoyed stay. Was undergoing renovations during stay. Well maintained and very clean. Free breakfast was food. Free use of internet. Located on border of commercial area and slum.

Péssimo hotel

O café da manhã é o mesmo de sempre, sobras das sobras de todos os dias. Fizeram questão por causa de uma balança. Quartos sujos com cheiro de cigarro. Enfim. Não volto e não recomendo a ninguém. Uma vergonha isso para o hotel. Fazer questão por qualquer coisa com o hóspede.

Primeiro o hotel estava fechado fomos remanejados hotel

Poderiamos estar à par dos acontecimentos de fechamento do hotel Nobilis, não fomos recepcionados por ninguém, fomos sim informados por um taxista que teriamos que caminhar até o hotel Normandi, isto e falta de respeito e consideração do""Hotel.com".

Deixou a desejar!!!

O hotel estava fechado então fomos transferidas para o Normandie, o que na teoria seria bom pois o hotel é um pouco melhor. O quarto estava ótimo, porém o atendimento foi inferior ao que eu estou acostumada nesse hotel. O café da manhã estava uma negação... Para quem dispunha até de champanhe dessa vez achamos um bolo caseiro, alguns pães e bolachas... Nada do que estávamos acostumadas nesse hotel... Sei que o período é de economia e redução de custos devido a pandemia, mas isso não se traduziu no valor pago pela estadia que foi o valor normalmente pago... Queria o mesmo atendimento e condições de hospedagem e nada aquém do que de costume pelo valor pago.

Falta gestão de qualidade

O Hotel que reservei estava fechado fomos direcionados para outro hotel a 50 metros de distancia, que a principio parecia otimo mas havia um asfaltamento na rua santa Efigenia durante a noite com diversas maquinas trabalhando nos 2 dias que ficmos , dificil de dormir com o barulho alem de nos colocar em um apartamento no 3⁰ andar o que aumentava demais o barulho. A obra foi programada pela prefeitura eles poderiam ter nos colocado em outro hotel da rede ja que o hotel reservado estava fechado. Pessima gestao .
