Uma experiência frustrante
Escolhido um dos apartamentos mais caros. Ar condicionado não estava funcionando. O apto estava na temperatura 28 graus . Frigobar desligado da tomada com todas as bebidas quentes. Somente 2 horas depois, tendo que chamar o técnico 2 vezes e dizerem que o ar não estava refrigerando e só aquecendo e que nos mudaram de quarto . Experiência bastante negativa.

This hotel’s location is excellent. . The staff and services are great but their rooms need upgrading. I have stayed here once before and the first room on a top floor was nice and had a remodeled bathroom. This last stay I was on the 4th floor and the bathroom was tint and needed upgrading. All in all I will continue to stay at this hotel because I love the area but next time will make sure to request an upper floor room.
