We had a pleasant stay, unfortunately not warm enough for swimming, rode bikes and walked on the beach, took a few side trips and enjoyed hanging out. House very comfortable and well equipped, with lovely decorative touches.

Terrible AC / Odd Lay-Out / Not for Us
This is an unusual property that has been renovated several times. The main kitchen/bathrooms/bedroom section is dated but could be seen as old or retro as it has an old Florida/Key West vibe. The kitchen appeared brand new with all white cabinets and a large glass table that was not great for kids. There is 1 small TV in the Queen Bedroom but the main TV is in what appeared to be a converted garage. This room also houses the Washer and Dryer and a small AC window unit. The rules state it can't be turned down below 78 so the room is miserable to be in. We contacted the property management company and requested a fan and after 30 minutes on a call and speaking with 3 people they said "we've given all of ours out". We ended up buying one and leaving it there for the next guests. Speaking of A/C, the property owner stated it can't be turned down below 75. We complied but the A/C would not cool below 79 during the day - it is in serious need of an upgrade. Therefore, we were sweating the entire 10-day trip. Because the house has been renovated, several times, there are 6 points of entrance from the outside - which could be a problem with children. Also, given its age and updates the floor is warped in the main living area and there is a significant large step to get from the kitchen to the TV/Washing room. The pool area is incredibly nice but is only separated from the street and the neighbors by a low wall - not much privacy. Also, no private parking.

Perfect stay, perfect home- we’re coming back
We loved the house and pool however media room with huge tv was too hot but I’ll bring a fan next time. We’ve come to AMI since 2016 once a year and this was the first time I got a ticket for $50 for not having the car parked with the flow of traffic- please put something in your materials about that- we’ve stayed at other houses- no tickets. I haven’t paid it yet as it was the 2nd day there and we stayed a week (dead line was Sunday

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is a quick walk to a beautiful beach, awesome sunsets. The pool and outside sitting area was very nice! We bought a lot of fresh seafood to cookout on the grill! The house was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. My only complaint would be that when we checked in there was no toilet paper, not one square!

Beautiful property
This property is the perfect blend of vintage Florida with modern, eclectic decor! It is beautiful furnished and the kitchen especially is stocked with everything one needs and top quality wares to cook with and serve meals. My Family and friends also appreciated the large amount of towels that were provided in this home including bath and beach towels. We brought our own beach chairs and wagon but when we arrived saw that there were plenty of beach chairs and a wagon provided. The pool was beautiful and we so enjoyed the ample outside seating for all of our family and guests who stopped by to visit. We also liked the multiple seating areas in the home so if you wanted some quiet time away from everyone, it was possible. The walk to the beach was about 3 shaded blocks but once you get to the sand the walk is a good quarter mile in the sand to get to the water. I personally found this a bit too strenuous and would prefer to be closer to the water. We had a fabulous time relaxing and entertaining at this vacation rental!! Highly recommend!

Olde Florida Paradise!
We could not have asked for a better getaway on AMI! This property has so much space for our family of six and to entertain friends while there! The property had everything we needed- towels, kitchen tools, some cleaning supplies, grill tools, toys for the pool, and so many linens! The location was perfect, between the bay and beach! I hope to return to this property soon!!! Thank you!! The only reason I gave check in a 4/5 is that we needed to stop for the key. This was planned however and there were no surprises. We just wanted to get in earlier if possible ;) smooth key pick up and drop!

Just what we were looking for
Having lived at the north end of AMI for 15 years prior to moving back to Michigan a couple years ago, we were looking for a specific property that still represented Old Florida with sensitive updates and decor. This home is lovely - spacious with separate living spaces, cozy comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully, well equipped kitchen and tropical backyard and pool. My favorite location to the Gulf Beaches at the north end - Bean Point area. Thank-you so much - it was perfect.

Summer beach trip
Awesome home! Great natural light! lots of space to spread out. Coffee pot was ridiculously small to try and accommodate 4 coffee drinkers in the morning. Great entertainment system with poolside speakers, Sonos in the front sunroom and living area. Awesome huge TV with great recliner sofa set!! Need another HDMI cord for the DVD player (useless currently) and a small trash can for lint from the dryer ( long trek to kitchen trash from laundry area). THe house is overall awesome w/ great location--close walk to the pier, and beach. pool was perfect. Great beach chairs, outside shower and the best equipped kitchen--except coffee maker. Be aware of door alarms for pool safety. We were not warned--it is loud and it took a few secs to figure out how to turn it off--scared the fool out of me! Would definitely stay here again. Pefect for two couples or small family!

This lovely home was everything we needed. Beachy feel, updated, and a short walk to Bean Point Beach. The updates were lovely, and the home overall had the perfect amount of space for my Mom and family of four. The outdoor shower was a life saver. Great size pool too! Loved our stay.

Great property. Loved the decor
Loved the house and the location. Went with several families who had other houses and we were the envy of all! Ended up having cookouts at my house in the evenings. Perfect spot around the pool. Have no complaints whatsoever! Plan to stay there again
