Barb at front desk was so welcoming and helped me with a wardrobe stain issue. Very kind lady. I was amazed by the morning breakfast. I didn’t expect nice hot food and waffle maker. The lady who was taking care of breakfast ( sorry didn’t catch her name) was helpful and kept the area super clean. Price was good compare to another hotel in area that was more pricy, didn’t include breakfast and charged for parking.

Location is good due to its short distance to the highway and shopping and dining options. Rooms are spacious and the place is overally okay. They also provided warm breakfast even though the booking said it was going to be a continental breakfast (which was appreciated).

We had an unexpected one night trip to Owen Sound and decided to stay at the Comfort Inn instead of our usual hotel. We were travelling with our mom (89) and everything was perfect. Easily accessible, comfortable, clean and the breakfast in the morning was great. All the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. We all said that The Comfort Inn will now be our new usual. Thank you for the great service!
