I stayed for two nights. And the staff were very nice and friendly. But the hotel did not have hot water for taking a shower at night. On the first night, I reported to the front desk, but on the second night, there was still no hot water for bathing. Actually I took cold water bathing for both nights.

I use to live in the Sault in in the 55 1977. Lot had change my whole family stays there. I loved my handicap room its close to the best breakfast

Near the water and walking distance to restaurant.
We stayed in a king suite. Bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows made for a restful sleep. Suite has a separate living room with a fireplace. We went in the hot tub a few times....nice way to relax. They also have a sauna but we didn't use it. Breakfast had many hot and cold options, you should be able to find something to eat. Only complaint was the room thermostat. Room was 65-67 no matter what we tried to set the room at 70. I would stay again.

From staff at check in to breakfast to housekeeping everyone was very pleasant.Room very clean and comfortable with fridge,microwave and coffee maker in a small alcove.If you want tea you just have to microwave but that’s better than in places where you run the water through the coffee maker and your tea tastes of coffee.Very well situated with mall steps away,several restaurants and riverside within walking distance.Very pleasantly surprised.Few minutes drive to train station for Agawa railway.

The stay was amazing! Jamie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of information on what to do for our stay. There were some young boys staying in the hotel for a hockey tournament and they were making a lot of noise in their rooms. We complained to the front desk and they dealt with it very quickly. The breakfast was very good.
