Beyond confusing directions from the front desk staff for how to get to my room, this hotel was very good. Convenient for my overnight stay prior to a drive further north to Thunder Bay and provided a good selection of options for breakfast.

Stayed here for 1 night while travelling. Beds were super comfortable. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room and the room had a lot of space for the 4 of us. Room was very clean. Staff were all very nice, and had easy parking.

This is our 2nd stay at the property and the only negative was the 4:30AM fire alarm which woke us up and took us outside for 20 minutes. When we inquired in the morning at the front desk we were told it was not a fire but a medical emergency which seemed strange would trigger the fire alarm and clear all guests from the hotel rather than a call to 911. The clerk said nothing further. Perhaps something could have been done for the inconvenience. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay, the room and breakfast were excellent.

Stopped at Quattro on our way from GTA to Marathon and very pleased with our short stay. Swimming pool was great for the kids and well maintained, and check in/out was quick and easy. Room was much bigger than expected with door to separate beds from living space. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Breakfast: Nothing was fresh or had any quality. The sausages were just seasoned ground pork fat. The eggs were an experiment in plastics or foam rubber. The OJ was very sorry. Coffee was not working in the room or in the dining room. How can they not even have coffee? The floors in the room were gritty and the bathroom was dirty. The decor was nice and modern, but was designed to hide the dirt. The bathroom wall paper was of the "Who flung poo" type, see the pictures.
