This hotel was insanely loud. Our room was right next to a club and the room literally vibrated from the music. Also, the street noise was obnoxiously loud with cars and motorcycles revving all night. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep at all.

Too many broken things. Staff tried to help as much as possible. Place is just old and tired. Worked for us as we only needed one short night before a cruise. I wouldn’t stay longer than that. For the price you expect more than an old Motel6

The hotel is next to a main road which had motorcycles drifting throughout the night which was having it hard to sleep. It sounded like someone was cutting trees at 1 am. The pool was dirty with a lot of bugs and gunk floating on certain parts of it. The rooms were nice and mostly peaceful. The breakfast was alright just simple foods like eggs and bread.

OK for one night before getting on a cruise
This could be a really nice hotel if they did a little facelift. The staff is very friendly, but the concierge is useless. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and needs training because of her. We missed getting any kind of a tour in the morning and she didn’t even suggest that we stay there for dinner that we’d have to get a cab to go into Aruba to eat. We did stay there and eat at the restaurant and the food was pretty good. The breakfast is OK, but not great, but the rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable.

The property is definitely not even a 3 star the rooms are In need of an upgrade, the furniture, floors, walls all show signs of being rundown. The air conditioning leaves water on the floors, there are visible crack in the tiles. When we arrived, the curtain in our bedroom was unhooked, and there was a visible large stain on the bedding, I was told I can remake the bed myself as there is no house keeping available and nothing could be done of the curtains, expect them taking a picture. I asked for another room and was told that there were none available. The staff is nice it’s just the whole place needs a face lift. It’s also on the main road and there was a lot of noise that trickled into our room from the streets with sirens and honks.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Aruba! The property was incredibly clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The location is fantastic, with a great restaurant just across the street right on the beach—perfect for enjoying a meal with a view. The water near the hotel was calm and ideal for swimming, and we also visited Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, which were beautiful, though quite busy. The ocean there is stunning, and we absolutely loved the pink sand—it’s truly unique! This hotel is perfect for families, and we would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Aruba.

Even though the traffic from the road was very noisy, at times, the poolside area was very peaceful! For those of us who wake-up at 5:00 a.m., TOTT needs to have a self-serve coffee station in the lobby, AND/OR have a coffee maker in the room! The early morning, 'no-coffee' situation was VERY disappointing. I saw that staff had prepared, a few times, morning coffee for the ship workers who stayed at TOTT and left at 6:00 a.m. I don't think it would be difficult to offer early-morning coffee to ALL guests!
