Could not get in through front doors, had to come in through valet parking. Also would have appreciated being able to park in their garage without having to use valet.
Also would have been nice if there was a microwave in our room vs having to go to lobby to warm up food.
Ridiculous parking. They set you up to pay $45 to park onsite. If you don't, you will park a block down in what appears to be an unsafe neighborhood. Staff was unorganized when it came to valet parking (on site). Our room wasnt ready at 4:15PM. We had to wait even after standing in a long line for check in. Room was clean and the property was quiet.
Valet staff and front desk staff were very friendly. A lot of noise from outside in the evening. No microwave. Great shower. Pillows were wayyy too soft.
The staff at the front desk were amazing. However, the hotel was in disrepair. Neither elliptical worked in the gym. Only one elevator worked. The ice machine was out of order most of the time we were there. We were there for 4 days, and there was no sign of anything getting fixed. They didn’t even have out of order signs on anything. You just tried to use it, and it didn’t work.
I loved all of the staff, especially Ms. Stephanie at the bar. Besides complimenting my hair repeatedly, which was nice, she and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The air freshener that’s pumped into that lobby is overwhelming. If you have allergies it’s really bad.
Showed up three different times and the last time at 7 pm our room still wasn’t ready! 3-4 other guests that was also waiting for their rooms to be ready. No answers but they weren’t ready.
Staff was awesome. Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Need a bigger garbage can and the sliding door on the toilet area offers little to no privacy, that was a horrible idea. Sound I sulation was no. Existent. Street traffic was very loud. $35 to park is criminal.
