Disgusting and Rude Owner

It was actually a horrible morning experience and one that I did not expect. I arrived late in the evening and arranged and confirmed with the front desk receptionist to get a late check out by 12pm noon. At 11am, housekeeping was banging loudly on the door yelling checkout. I told her I was approved for late checkout. One minute later there is another guy beating on the door yelling there is no late checkout. I open the door to a plume of marijuana smoke that hits me in the face. The hotel was already disgusting and this sealed the deal. The guy later apologizes and said it was a mixup but the damage was done by this point. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor ran and poorly maintained.

Don’t stay!

The hotel is run down. The second floor reeks of Curry. My first room had a couch and it was stained. I requested a room change. It was gross.

Nice hotel and hot breakfast.

Very clean and quiet room. Spacious. Breakfast was good. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals. Waffle maker, breads, fruit, juices, coffee, nice clean dining area.

Very dissatisfied with the room

The bed was super hard, the air conditioning was very loud and kept turning on and off all night. The breakfast eggs were cold and not much options. The staff woman whose name starts with an M was very friendly, but We will not be here ever again.

I don’t recommend this hotel to any one. The rooms are spacious that is all, non proper lighting, windows didn’t work they only give 3 towels per room and when we ask for more towels they said that we need to give the dirty one for them to give us new ones. I rented a suite for 5 people and only 3 towels, my husband when down stairs to ask for the time for the free continental breakfast before 9 am and it was close already.
