i pucked this property because it was pet friendly, I did not see anything in the description that suggested a pet fee, but on arrival at the hotel, i was hit with an additional fee of $30 plus tax per pet. Thank goodness we only have one pet. So, if booking this hotel figure the pet fee into your decision. We had stayed at another hotel in this brand, a few weeks before and were not charged a pet fee, so it is proporty specific.

Made a reservation while driving from NJ to stay at Best Western Plus. Says it had an 8.8 rating which is probably correct as it looked like a nice place, but when I walked into the first room, there was a roach crawling on bed. Second room, one in the shower. Didn’t even put my bags down. I bugged outta there and decided to keep driving. Nasty. Hotel manager issued a refund for a “non-refundable” reservation through Expedia given the circumstances. I was warned by people that many hotels in Georgia and SC were infested. I think I’ll drive through those states from now on. Girl at the front desk was excellent.

Make sure you try Ricciardi's Pizza and Bar if you are craving Pizza. We got a deep dish Pie with sausage and pepperoni: it was so good. You have to drive there for pick up or eat in. The place has a nice atmosphere. If it is night time, tell them that Johnny says, "Turn on the road sign, so your place is easier to find."

We had a great stay after a long camping festival weekend! The concierges were very helpful in giving us their favorite restaurants around the areas. The bed was soft and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great as well!

When signing out in the morning the women at the front desk made me feel she was genuinely interested in knowing how my stay was. She was friendly and inviting which made my stay that much better. When travelling through the area again there’s no other place I would stay. I highly recommend this hotel and hope the company realizes how great she is at her job. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

This place is more expensive than the options so I expected it to be a bit nicer - it is not nice at all. Also learned after arriving that they charge a pet fee. Too late at that point of course. Deep regrets over staying here.
