Visiting Daughter at SCAD
Queen Anne Manor is a cute and cozy home. The home got a little cold so we used some blankets from the closet that smelled dirty. Otherwise, the home was great and the location is really nice.

Great Stay!
We spent 5 days at this beautiful property on Habersham! We loved it! It had all of the amenities that we were looking for. Lots of space, easy to entertain in. And it is so close to the park! We look forward to staying there again!

Savannah Family Trip 2024
The location of this property is awesome for historical walks and tours. We were able to walk to the market and River St within 20 minutes with great stops and scenery along the way. There were 3 cars in our party and we had no problem parking. The kitchen is great for preparing meals. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was a combo of old Savannah flavor/beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location
The property was comfortable and in a convenient location. Fees added on top of the nightly rate (management fee, cleaning fee) were rather high when compared to the reasonable nightly rate.

A few bumps in the road
I want to preface this by saying I’ve stayed at Lucky Savannah properties before and I will continue to rent their properties and recommend them to friends, however, this property is subpar. For starters, we have an elderly dog and because of that we bring him with us. He does bark occasionally when he’s in his cage (we use a cage for his safety). He’s deaf and mostly blind and being in a new place with new smells probably makes him nervous. The neighbor left a note saying our dog barked for three hours and wasn’t happy - which kind of set us off on a rocky start and because we didn’t want to disrupt the neighbors peace we had to adjust our schedule and cancel some plans since we’d have a dog in tow the entire time. The second night we were there police banged on our door at 930pm because allegedly a neighbor left her their purse on our steps(???) and someone stole it. So, that was kind of unnerving. The property company called me at 11:30pm (I was asleep so missed this call) and when I called the next day the receptionist had no idea why someone called nor did they follow up like they said they would. The remaining two days went off without a hitch. As for the property itself, it could use a deep cleaning. What we considered the primary bedroom smelled of urine, the baseboards were dusty (yes I look at baseboards), and the bathrooms looked dingy. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a larger skillet. This may sound nit picky, but this property does not live up to the Lucky Savannah quality that we’re used to.

Worth the stay!
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful victorian in Savannah! The home is very clean given that it is 200 years old. It's within walking distance to everything (maybe 1.5 miles, at most, to the Riverfront). There's a Kroger, Starbucks, and the cutest coffee/pastry shop right down the street. The street is pretty quiet (minimal road noise) and the street parking is free; just be sure to read the street sweeping sign posts to know when to move your car. We could definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a great old Savannah house in a great location. We learned, after we booked it, that it was one house away from where my great grandfather lived for over 10 hears. Easy walk to Forsyth Park and other Savannah destinations.

Beautiful historic house in Savannah
It was the perfect place for four women visiting Savannah. The location was great for walking to restaurants and the riverfront, and for viewing squares and historic homes. The house is decorated with period furnishings, but with comfortably updated bathrooms and kitchen, and was very clean. Staff was responsive to questions. Cozy courtyard advertised was actually a small deck without rail. A rail is needed on the front steps. We would recommend the house for those wanting to experience historic Savannah!

Fun stay in Savanna
The house is a duplex but very quiet. Old house with the standard creaking floors but very quite in the rooms. A little far from the river front but that let us find other interests closer to the house. A little pricy for the area but we booked late and had few options. Odd washer and dryer placement in upstairs bathroom but worked. Similarly odd, very small shower in large downstairs bathroom. Kitchen was very nice but the outside sitting area was very small 4X5 feet, not really useable. The front porch also had no sitting area. Overall good location, and everyone enjoyed the trip.

Photos Need Updating
We had a wonderful time on our vacation, but a bit disappointed in the condition of the home. The photos did not seem to represent the current state of the property. We booked the property based on the listing photos and found the courtyard to be under construction and not useable. We were also surprised to find the property was not cleaned fully, a bit too cluttered, and the musty smell was difficult with allergies. The home is in a good location.

Great house except for the neighbor
We are a group of women that booked a girls weekend. The house was everything we thought it was except that we would have appreciated extra towels and linens for the pull out. We thought there were 3 queen beds only to find out it was 1 queen, 1 full, 1 pullout sofa bed and 1 twin. When we arrived on Thursday evening we were excited to see each other and were catching up when the neighbor next door came over at 8:45pm to tell us we were being too loud. She was pretty rude about it too considering the time.. We noticed the next day that she also had a camera inside her window watching our comings and goings. Other than the crazy neighbor we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely historic property in an amazing location. Our group of 6 was very comfy in this house. Great for groups of friends or couples because the bedrooms are segmented on different floors so you get your own space. Location was very safe and walkable to everything. Kitchen was clean and modern. Would stay here again.

Quick Savannah Getaway
My family (spouse and 3 yr old) and my parents came in for a couple of days to explore historic Savannah. This house is the perfect location to explore the area on foot, and provided a great space for the 5 of us. The house has a ton of charm and all the amenities one could want/need to enjoy the stay. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked. The two bathrooms were great for us so that each family had a full bathroom to themselves. There is also the cutest back porch area to relax in the evenings. The host was easy to work with and available as needed. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall I would recommend this house for anyone looking to experience of living in historic Savannah for a few days.

October wedding stay
The house was very comfortable and it contained a lot of eclectic items. I particularly enjoyed the various maps of Savannah including the comforter on the bed. The parking was no issue. We were in town for a wedding and we're able to get around the city easily. Everything was very convenient. Some repairs are needed but this is a 200 year house! Nothing to prevent a nice stay. Needs paint repair around dining window and and fresh caulking in bathrooms. Over all great stay and would stay again!

The house was everything and then some for my family. It was immaculate and welcoming. It reminded me of my grandparents home and the artwork was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us for our stay in Savannah.
