The hotel was clean and well staffed. Staff were consistently helpful and nice. The view of the river from our room was stunning. The concierge was awesome. Loved the breakfast. The staff wiped down the tables as soon as someone left. They kept everything stocked. Went out of their way to get you what you needed. And the coffee was excellent! Well run hotel.

The location of the hotel is close to all of the tourist attractions of Savannah. Nice walkable distance to most of the attractions. The staff were accommodating, very nice people. The room and the bathroom were clean and nice too. Overall, the stay, hotel, and the staff made my family’s visit to Savannah pleasurable and memorable.

Construction was going on and the valet parking was backed out in the streets. We parked in a near by public parking facility. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to take it up with Expedia because they made the reservation I do not like paying for things I don’t get therefore I give it a mediocre dating at best.

Great location
Clean hotel with friendly service right in the downtown corridor. I was there to run a marathon and literally walked out to the starting corral. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

Good except weed and towels
The room was its self was good but we couldn’t help but smell weed from the previous guests, but we had brought a can of ozone cleaner and it knocked it out. The valets, front desk, and the breakfast staff were out standing and some wonderful people. The only other bad thing from the stay was that the last night we had requested to have two towels brought up because we used them that morning. I tried calling the front desk and the phone in the room would not work, so I send down and asked for towels around 8:30 pm and waited for them around 10:30pm we finally get our towels. But besides that the hotel was clean and it was staffed by amazing people.
