We returned to the Perry Lane after our first stay in July. We were impressed with everything about the hotel, especially the staff who were always eager to help with a dining suggestion or with transportation. We are eager to return for a third visit as soon as possible. I even purchased some of the hotel’s signature fragrance to use at home. The Perry Lane is outstanding!

I was excited to stay at Perry Lane but the reality didn’t meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel. Pros: - Convenient location - Quiet - Sever restaurants and gym on site - Free coffee and bottled water Cons: - The room was small. I wasn’t expecting the size of a room you’d get in NYC. There was no desk or chair (though the staff kindly brought up a portable setup), no night tables next to the bed, and really no where to store items. - The amenities were not shared with me verbally upon check in - The sanitizing wipes were empty and never replaced in the gym during my 3 day stay - No turndown service Overall the room was a disappointment. Perry Lane seems more like a nice Marriott than a 5 star destination.

The Perry Lane is an exceptional Hotel. I was extremely impressed by the amenities, the quiet nature of the environment, the spaciousness of the room & the efforts made by the staff team to conscientiously manage the few challenges that arose during my stay. The first night, I experienced difficulty knowing how to turn out several of the lights in the room. Within minutes, a staff member arrived at my room to patiently explain how to manage this issue. The food was delicious; I ate both lunch & breakfast at the Hotel as well as taking advantage of the complementary coffee that was available. All in all, it was a truly memorable experience. It greatly added to my level of enjoyment of my stay in Savannah!

No coffee available for those who were departing early or arose early. Very expensive for a not so luxurious, luxury hotel. Very offensive perfume pumped into hallways to disguise dampness odor. No Keurig coffee machine for those desiringate night or early coffee.

Any time we visit Savannah the only place we will ever stay is The Perry Lane. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect location, but truly what makes it special is the staff. The people working there go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at The Perry Lane! The house car service was very much appreciated and is a great amenity that not every hotel provides. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. My only suggestions would be that the lighting could be a little brighter in the bathroom and the cafe off the lobby that provided complimentary coffee should sell small bottles of orange juice to avoid guests from having to walk to the market to buy some.
