Someone had pre set alarms at 4:25 and 4:35. I had to turn on a light to find the permanent shut off button. My whole family woke up, the staff didn’t even apologize when I mentioned it. Also, stood in the lobby for 17 minutes waiting for coffee to be refilled at 8:30am.

This hotel was nice. Great space and helpful, friendly staff. The only negative was that all the pillows were very overstuffed. Sometimes hotels have 2 pillows that are the same and two others that are a little different. If that was done, it would have been perfect.

I liked the hotel very much. The room was spacious and very clean. The desk clerk and airport shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly. I would have liked to have had a microwave in my room and some better than powder creamer for my in-room coffee.

Great location to stay near the airport. Keep in mind that it’s a huge hotel with a long walk to some of the rooms. Also the parking lot wraps around the long side of the hotel and could feel kind of dark at night.

This property was located close to the Albany airport. It was clean, had friendly staff and offered the convenience of a great restaurant in the hotel lobby. Beautiful grounds with an indoor courtyard filled with plants and a koi pond. Would highly recommend.

Very convenient and great for the price for Saratoga big racing weekends. Rooms are very dated and not comfortable. You get what you pay for I guess. Close to airport, almost on the tarmac.
