Pet owners BE WARNED!!! Outrageous fee
As usual, i booked on hotels.com using the "pet friendly"filter. Got a very reasonable rate and booked it as non refundable as i was 10 minutes away. When i checked in i was told that the PET FEE WAS outrageous it was non negotiable and since i had booked the room and it was non refundable (they did not offer a refundable option. So i almost doubled the cost of my stay. I feel this is a punitive charge and bears no relationship to any additional costs associated with my dog. They sidnt offer any additional services or benefit for my dog.. They should not be allowed to list themselves as pet friendly because they are just there to rip off people who use the website to find good, reasonable accommodations. BE WARNED!!!

Didn’t even stay there we went to check in at 3 and were told our rooms weren’t ready yet to come back in an hour, when we arrived back within that hour we were told sorry we overbooked and no longer have any rooms available. Considering I was there for my daughter’s college graduation it was very difficult to find another place to stay and cost me double the money for another hotel! I will never stay at another Marriott hotel again

We were put in an accessible room where the bathroom smelled like urine. My children found a Sativa vape in the pullout couch. The mattress on the pull out sofa was disgusting. Dog barking in room next door. It seems like all of the Residence Inns by Marriott are now being used as homeless shelters/halfway houses. - The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and professional.

Very complete hotel for long stays
Personnel is very friendly and they help you with any need. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is complete, essence for long stays. The hotel location is very convenient since there are many restaurants, stores and services nearby.

Rentamos porque queriamos pasar tiempo en la piscina cuando llegamos la piscina esta cerrada hacen 3 años. La persona de recepcion no me hablo nada de donde seria el desayuno ni a que hora seria. Tube que preguntar. La maquina de hielo no servia. En fin tubimos que rentar en otro lugar porque no teniamos nada para divertirnos en ese hotel.
