This house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room and a small deck.

Three bedrooms on the main floor , master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has three twin sized beds perfect for a kids room, the third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and it has two twin beds.

This house has a small deck with a grill to enjoy the best bbq and easy clean up.

Great house! Great vacation!
This house is cozy, clean and in a great location. It had plenty of space for our family of 8. We love everything about Seabrook Island- beach, pools, fishing, biking, swimming, volleyball, Freshfields, alligators and more. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Fun at Seabrook
Our family have been coming to Seabrook for many years and we never tire of its beautiful beaches, pools and biking through the neighborhoods. We enjoyed staying at Tarpon Pond cottages - a great location!!

Seabrook 2022 Summer Vacation
Exceeded our expectations. Location worked very well for getting back and forth to the beach on our bikes. Accommodations at the house worked great for our large family to spread out. Host was very patient in answering all our questions leading up to the stay. We love staying at Seabrook and look forward to visiting again.

Linda was great to work with, answered all of my questions very quickly. The house was great, perfect space for what we needed! Wish it was a little closer to the beach or pools with little kids, but would be perfect if we had a golf cart. Only reason I marked accuracy of listing a 4 is because one of the bedrooms is a loft which wasn’t clearly show in the listing. Definitely would stay again!

Adorable little Seabrook cottage
We absolutely loved our stay here! The kitchen was FULLY stocked for anything you can think to make. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Love that all towels and linens were provided. You just need your beach towels. Centrally located to beach boardwalks, Lake house pool/ playground and beach club pools. The only suggestions we have as parents of littles would be to possibly have a pack n play, movable baby gate for steps & kids utensils in the kitchen on the premises. We would love to come back and stay at the home in the future! Great communication with owner ⛱☀️🙂

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We had not been to Seabrook since 2019 and there have been some changes made. The house was great. I wish the master bedroom bed was more comfortable but would come back.

Fantastic property
This beach house was perfect for us. We had seven (four adults and three kids) people in the place and it was both cozy and spacious enough on the one rainy day. House was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Host was very quick to reply to all inquiries.

Great little condo
This property was very happy and welcoming. Plenty of room for the adults and kiddos to find their own special spots. The surrounding trees and plants made it pretty outside as well as inside. Kitchen was very well-stocked, and the condo was very clean. Beds were comfy, too. It was a very short drive to the pools/beach, and even walkable, as we did one day. The host, Linda. Was very helpful when we needed to call her about something. We would definitely stay again amd recommend to friends.

Lovely cottage on beautiful Seabrook
This is a lovely cottage on a gorgeous island. I was especially impressed with the supplies in the kitchen and detail of attention in each room. Sunroom in the cottage gave a very nice place to relax and enjoy. Just a quick walk to the ocean and intercoastal waterway. The beds were a little harder than we prefer, but extra pillows and blankets came in handy.

The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi and cell service were excellent. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The only minor issue was the lighting in the den/porch. It was poor for reading/puzzling.

The house was very clean. Problem with dishwasher at the beginning of the stay but the owner took care of it within a couple days and we were able to enjoy brand new dishwasher 😀 Awesome communication with the owner! Definitely great place to stay on the island!

We had a great time at this property and enjoyed the beach and the pool so much. We mostly rode our bikes to be pool and beach, using some of the bikes available at the property. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked.

Was happy to see that our rental was updated and clean and all of our family was comfortable. Beds comfortable and layout of kitchen was good. Could have used more mirrors in bedrooms. With 4 females there was a shortage of mirrors. Bedroom carpet was soiled as well. All in alll we gave a good rating.
