The breakfast was good. To make it better you should add offering orange juice not just apple and cranberry cocktail, And you should add one of those three cereal dispensers that you see at most hotels, cereals are great for kids. I really like the breakfast though, bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, coffee. I am just offering suggestions for improvement. The rooms and beds were perfect.

Not sure how this is so highly rated. Ok rooms, dirty bathrooms, noisy, staff (except the gentleman Mack) is not friendly at all. Breakfast was mediocre and they seemed understaffed. Not worth the price at all and not sure where all the good reviews are coming from! I met 3 guests in the hotel who asked me if my room was clean as theirs smelt and was dirty.. so i am not a one off with this experience!

We had a poor stay. The carpet was dirty & torn, TV hard to work, couldn’t get a drink or snack in the lounge(I think they must have been short staffed), pop in pop machine was warm, bathroom very tight, staff seemed unhappy.

We recently stayed at the hotel and discovered it's under some renovations. Which is greatly needed. We could smell fresh paint walking down the hall to our room and were pleased at the time. However once we entered our room we quickly realized that our room had not been done. The carpets had the seams exposed and a musty smell hit us as soon as we walked in. I believe they have attempted to clean the carpets but have never properly aired out and dried. The bathroom was tiny, just enough room to turn around in. Also our first impression was tainted because we couldn't find the main entrance. We ended up walking around the building. (we weren't the only ones doing this on this particular day) We did use the pool as this day was a hot one. It too is in need of an upgrade. My only suggestion is not to look up. A heads up would have been great as it's in a great location. Hopefully they continue with the renovations.
