STEPS to the Beach!


If you are looking for nostalgic, this home is it. Built in the early 1900's, it has sleeping for up to 12 people. You have ocean views from three bedrooms, plus the following updates; remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. New Queen mattresses and pillows for a great night sleep! The house is located on the North side if Seaside at 235 12th Ave.

This home offers wireless internet access, two large living rooms and great off street parking for up to four cars. There is also a nice back yard and deck to enjoy with a gas grill! Located one half block from the beach so walks along the Promenade are a must! Just keep in mind that this home is three stories tall so there are a lot of stairs to consider.

One living room is complete with a gas fireplace and great ocean views. The second living room has a TV and 2 couches. There are six bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The seventh bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. The bedroom on the third floor has its own private bath. There is also a private reading area on the third floor. Great for families.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Please leave your pets at home. If you bring a pet you’ll be charged the damage deposit plus any other expenses. The house is located in a residential area. Good Neighbor rules apply which include limited noise and NO noise after 9:00 pm. If a noise complaint occurs and the issue is not corrected, you will be asked to leave. Renters are responsible for their personal property.

Perfect for a group!
We were in town for a conference, and this was perfect for our group! Everyone loved having their own room, the beds were comfortable, the fire was cozy, and communication with the owner was excellent! We only wished we had more time at the house and on the beach. It was wonderful; I highly recommend it.

Great House for a Group!
Eight friends visited the Oregon Coast and stayed in this house. We loved it. There was plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in, and there were so many bedrooms!

Excellent Stay for the Whole Team
Our work team enjoyed our stay while attending a conference in Seaside. There was lots of space to allow us to spread out; the 4 bathrooms were especially appreciated as we all get ready each morning. The areas for gathering together were also great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Big house for all Group
We really love this house for our women’s golf group. 12 of us stay comfortably here and so enjoy the close walk to the beach! Great living room spaces and kitchen. We will stay here again.

Great accomodations! Beautiful house. Perfect for our 9 people. Every couple and individuals had their own rooms. 4 bathrooms was perfect! SO CLOSE to the beach! The parking was large and off street. So so clean! Our stay was comfortable and relaxing!

Perfect for our family
This rental was the perfect size for our large family. when we arrived, the place was very clean and updated. The kitchen was completely stocked, which made cooking large meals very easy. We loved the easy access to the beach. The host made sure that we had plenty of linens. We did need extra chairs for the front porch.

HTC Seaside retreat
Leah was a great host and the property offered a lot of room for our HTC team! I even had a chance to briefly chat with Leah in person prior to our check out. Wonderful location. Block from beach. Nice walk or bike ride on Prom to coffee, restaurants, shopping or beautiful scenic exercise. Enough rooms and bathrooms, well equipt modern kitchen, two dining areas, three social areas, front and back patios. This is our return visit & we'll book, again.

Seaside Family Reunion
This was our 2nd time here and it was just as nice as the first time. Better, in fact, thanks to some newer furniture and windows. The property was clean and the location is very convenient to the beach. We had to buy some paper towels and basic cleaning supplies, but it was otherwise well stocked and maintained. We will definitely come again!

Clean and spacious, with numerous rooms and bathrooms. Amazing location with easy access to the beach and downtown Seaside via the boardwalk. Host communication and instructions were excellent. Highly recommend!

Great for a big group
Spacious, clean and comfortable home for our group of twelve. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as living areas to hang out in. Well-equipped kitchen, which we appreciated since we like cooking and eating in. Short walk to the beach and ocean views from some of the upstairs rooms. Our host was easy to reach when we had an issue (totally our fault - we all went to the beach and locked ourselves out of the house) and helped us resolve it quickly. The only thing I would change would be to have one big dining room for a big group instead of two smaller dining areas. We were all able to fit in the bigger one but it was a bit crowded. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for a large family
This is our second time staying at this beach house, because it is perfect for our large family. The separate bedrooms with QUEEN beds is nice for each of our adult kids and their spouses to have their own space. We like that the house has separate sitting rooms, so some can watch TV, while others can sit and visit, and still others can be playing games at the table. It’s just a short walk (one house and parking lot) from the beach, which now has handicap access. It’s just a couple blocks from downtown Seaside and is also in a great location for driving north or south to a variety of other places for sightseeing, clam digging, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances you would ever need. The only two things we wish they had was a hot tub (please, then it would be perfect) and a chest freezer. When we go to the coast, we always clam dig and fish, and the small freezer inside the refrigerator isn’t adequate to get everything frozen for our 10 hour drive back to 100° Idaho. We actually brought our own small freezer this time. The only downside is that the driveway and parking in the back is extremely tight, especially if you park four vehicles as the description says. Otherwise, we love it, and will probably be back next year!
