This is a good hotel choice. The property was clean and had the charm of an old grand hotel. The area, Pioneer Square is still under redevelopment and may be a turn off for some, not accustomed to transitional neighborhoods. However, it still felt safe and the galleries nearby were lovely.

We loved the location. It was right near the waterfront and we could walk to everything we wanted to go to and see. The property is older but quaint and well maintained. The continental breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect for walking to the wharf, Pike Street Market, T Mobile Stadium and all of Pioneer Square. The staff was helpful, the hotel beautifully kept enhancing the “old” ambiance and updates to make it aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The breakfast left a little to be desired but got us through the morning. Pretty spendy accommodations but this is Seattle (to be expected. ). All in all, we loved our stay.
