Key card wouldn't work for pool which was located on the 35th floor had to go down to the lobby four times to get them to open the door at 10:00 at night with my two small kids naked and crying. Waited 3 hours for room service to bring our dinner so we can go swimming and after 3 hours I got by went down to the front lobby and find out that my order was never put in cuz there was a glitch in the computer or something they said

Holiday at Sheraton
Their club level is perfect and convenient, drinks & snacks easily accessible, and someone was cleaning/arranging each time (4) I went in there! The lobby atmosphere so festive and beautiful, but I missed the gingerbread village since it was very busy! Next year!

Tge Seattle Sheraton does not disappoint. Everyone is so welcoming and is wonderful customer service. Checking in was easy. My husband is disabled and our room was very accommodating. Food in the bar was yummy and my gin and tonic was on point. 🤗 We try and stay here every time we come to Seattle for a getaway, theatre or a concert.
