I had a printed copy of my reservation for this hotel and the desk agent insisted that I did not have a reservation. I gave her everything, including the handout and she told me there was no room for me. After going back and forth for 10 minutes and a line forming, she finally realized she missed the reservation, even though I clearly had it highlighted on the paper. It was quite nerve-wracking to be told that there were no rooms available for me even though I had a paid reservation. Maybe some re-training could help?

We had a room with a door that connect to the room next to us. There was zero sound barrier. The guest next door was talking and watching tv late into the night. It was if there was no door at all. We had to switch rooms at 2 AM.
