Amazing Views

The views were amazing and made this an ideal rental. It's a wonderful location apart from the busy touristy areas. Furniture could use updating along with carpet and cabinets. The twin beds were comfortable but would prefer a king. Homeowners were very helpful throughout the stay.

We especially enjoyed the view from the B&B. The property was gorgeous and it was close to the hiking trails! Would highly recommend to friends and family. I also liked the close communication with the owner. She was very attentive.

Gorgeous Views - but dated furniture.....

It was a wonderful stay with nice hosts. The view is the selling point.... If wanting to hike Cathedral Rock the trail is right down the road...... The room was ok.... A few things i feel can be updated/ fixed... The beds are 2 singles that push together. Not very comfortable for a couple.... i kept falling between the mattresses. A king or queen size bed would be much better... We ran out of hot water during showers.... Internet- wifi is terrible.... kept kicking me off or shows no internet available. There is little to no cell phone service.. The heat kept moving up and down in temperature as if controlled somewhere else..... Furniture is dated and couches were average.... Parking area is tight to get to.... if you have a bigger vehicle (truck or suv) turning is tight.... It is a beautiful location and very secluded....

Stunning Views — Pictures do not do it justice

The pictures do not do justice to the view that you get. It was absolutely incredible! We arrived at night when it was dark, and when we woke up in the morning, our view was amazing. Very clean and exactly as it pictured. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

Everything was as shown. The owner was friendly and on property. Views were stunning! The neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to hiking and some shopping and necessities. Away from busy Uptown Sedona but close enough to get there several times during our trip. We definitely recommend and would return.

Wedding Weekend in Sedona

Sheri was a very accomodating host and went above and beyond to make our our romantic elopement weekend special. She even got us fresh cut roses and a bottle of wine. The room was exactly as pictured and the views and property were absolutely stunning. Our only complaint was that we thought the two twin beds would be converted/made up as a king, and all we could do was push the beds together. We made it work though and loved our stay.

Amazing property, excellent spot

This is a great place to stay and not be in the crowds of Sedona. Easy access to Bell Rock and other hiking, the views are amazing, and the property is well appointed. There were hiking poles, maps, and a parks pass. Oak Creek has some excellent restaurants. It's the place to stay for experiencing the area, without the tourist traps.

3 days of a beautiful view!

The process was seamless, owners were welcoming. Only saw them once while there at check in, but knew they were available if needed. Responded by text immediately. The place was all we needed for 3 days, no stove but Clark’s grocery and deli mad it easy to get grilling items and microwave sides for dinners. We never ate out for dinner, which was nice after long days of site seeing. We’re so impressed with the upstairs back yard view of Cathedral Rock, breathtaking! We went in June, evening temps were great, open windows were nice. only thing that would have been nice is. Pull drape for the kitchen window and Sliding door for in the AM, the sunrise is 5:00 am and that sun bakes in the morning. The deck is fantastic, but too hot in the AM for use. An umbrella out there would be awesome. I would definitely stay there again, it’s a special place! No motel room could compete!

Very quiet with spectacular views

Very secluded and quiet! This was a perfect spot for us exploring Sedona for the 1st time. We managed to get in a hike or two each day (about 10 minutes from Bell Rock parking) before we returned to the lovely patio with incredible views of Cathedral Rock and the Seven Warriors. The crowds in Sedona can be a little overwhelming and it was a treat to return each evening to the absolute quiet and serene setting to watch the sunset and the stars emerge. Sheri is a very welcoming & gracious host and even though there is a house close by and another rental below, we felt privacy and as if we were in our own oasis. Plenty of room on the property to explore (trail to Cathedral rock) plus close access to Baldwin Trail parking lot which leads to Oak Creek and the Cathedral Rock trailhead without having to ride the shuttle in on the east side from Sedona. Did we say it was quiet? Our favorite hike of the trip was West Fork Trail in Oak Creek Canyon. Hope to be back sooner than later!

Peace and natural beauty

The location was ideal, private, near walking trails to the red rocks and beautiful views all around. The space is on the second floor next to the hosts home but feels like a cozy studio apartment. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and had a great stay. We look forward to staying again for a longer time.

Hidden gem with fabulous views!

Sheri's guest house is truly gorgeous and features some of the best red rock views you could possibly get, all on a secluded property away from the crowds of Sedona. Note, it is nearest to Oak Creek which has plenty of its own restaurants and a great grocery store, and Sedona is about a 20 minute drive away, but the drive is beautiful and the quiet seclusion with up-close views of the red rocks out of every window was perfect. The star-gazing at night is great too! There is no stove or oven in the kitchen if you're looking to cook - but there is an outdoor grill. Beds were comfortable. We didn't have any issues with noise from the downstairs unit. Sheri was a very friendly and accommodating host, fixing a minor maintenance issue immediately after I texted her. Wifi worked just fine. A true delight for those looking for a quieter retreat!

Best views & relaxing stay!
