Wonderful Place to Stay Away from Hustle & Bustle of Downtown Sedona

The house had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to Sedona but away from all the traffic and crowds. We enjoyed the grill. It's off the road so very quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive. No problems getting in; all went well. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice holiday

Good communication and instructions from the host. The house is well stocked and in a nice, quiet location. The only downside was the drip coffee machine was painfully slow. We had bought ground coffee before we realized how slow it was. Thankfully there was a pod-type single cup machine, so we just needed to make another trip to the grocery store. The beds are firm, but comfortable enough.

Comfortable in a charming location

This property was clean and comfortable for our long weekend in Sedona. It was unseasonably cold and the house kept us warm and cozy. It’s a bit outside of the downtown area which we preferred. The nearby stream was nice to hear from the house and we enjoyed walking the trail beside it. Thanks for a nice stay!

Beautiful stay

Beautiful location with view of red rocks and sounds of rushing water from the creek. House is clean and perfect for small family. Nice neighbors. Minutes from Sedona and across the street from cute cafe w/ great breakfast and lunch. Close to lots of hikes in mountains and along the creek. Fireplace wasn’t working and coffee pot was slow- but not deal breakers for us. Recommend!

Oak Creek Canyon

We considered this location to be good for: beautiful scenery, reasonable distance to arts/shopping village, catching the shuttle to popular hikes such as Cathedral Rock & Devil's Bridge, and getting to Airport Mesa. It was a comfortable fit for our family of 4 having 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a cozy living room space with enough furniture for us all to relax on. The neighbors in this gated community were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Great location/Cozy Cottage

This was a hiking vacation for us. The house was a great location for going to several areas with it being right off the highway. Yet it was very private with it being across the creek with a locking gate! The house is cozy and well maintained! We would like to stay here again!

Took my family up for a couple nights stay to celebrate a birthday such an awesome place to go. The property was beautiful. The home was perfect and had all the amenities needed. The home was located right across from the creek in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery, all around. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place, road to Sedona closed

I would totally stay here again. Shame the road to Sedona was closed. I brought a French press since the other reviews mentioned coffee maker issues and I love my AM coffee. Happy travels!

Two Night Stay on our Arizona Road Trip

We really loved this property, it's a beautiful home, the location was perfect and it was very comfortable, the only problem we had was there was no WIFI. If you decide to stay here, contact the owners to make sure that problem is fixed. It really is a wonderful home and I would love to rent again!

Basic comforts

Regarding instructions for access to the property, # sign needs to be removed from code in order to access property through the security gate. Disappointed there were no wine glasses available for four adults. The electrical outlets in the kitchen above the counter were not functioning. Had to make coffee in the bathroom. The Mr. Coffee Pot was a very, very slow drip. Took over an hour to brew 8 cups of coffee. Snowed when we were there and it would have been nice to have the gas fireplace functioning. It wasn't. The beds were comfortable and firm. They provided detergent for the laundry but it took us a while to figure out how to turn the water on in order for them to operate. We would have appreciated more local information; i.e., a menu from the market/bakery across the road, any hiking within walking distance from house? Recommend a notebook to record experiences of previous visitors? This has always been helpful in my prior experiences with VRBO.

Great Quiet and refreshing location

This is a hidden gem. Exactly what I was hoping for. Loved watching the sun reflecting off of the canyon walls at sunrise while drinking coffee on the patio. Location was close to everything but far enough outside of town to truly relax and enjoy the beauty around us. Would stay here again.

The place was great, lots of room , very clean I did yoga and ate breakfast and had afternoon tea on the patio almost daily with a great view of the mountains 2 hrs to Grand Canyon 10 minutes to Sedona Great little cafe and soup /sandwich place right across the highway , highly recommend you stop at least once during your stay

Fabulous setting.

Very nice home, worked well for our family. My suggestions would be that the owner include the walking gate code in the instructions, a supply of wine glasses would be nice and a few extra paper towels. Minor but good additions.
